Atmosphere was warm, very positive vibes.
The woman who served us was super friendly and helpful
Terrific pizza range on the menu.
As for the pizza experience, we both had the gluten free pizza bases, and thought they were very hard, and far from doughy.
The ricotta cheese was amazing though.
Overall, a great experience, just don’t be gluten free!

Incredible. My last poor review was seemingly deleted. The chicken on the buffalo chicken literally comes out grey. This place is a shell of what it should be. It has a long legacy at other locations and it doesn’t meet what we should expect.

Tried it again and the cheesey bread was great. Vegan flying monster was also good, but would prefer to have it as a bowl of pasta. Figured let me try it one more time a week later to see if I would update my review. Cheesey bread still good. Got the margherita pizza and it was not good at all. Not much flavour and thin crust that was too crunchy. Turned me off from wanting to wat the cheesy bread.
While the pizza looks great and sounds great the flavour just isn’t there. Was disappointed. It’s just okay.

I have been ordering Dimo via delivery for a few years, usually from the wicker park location. I love their pizza, especially the delicious chewy crust. It’s a little pricey but it’s tasty pizza. I’ve also had their vegan options and find them delicious. Really awesome they have so many options. With my last order I got a 16 oz containers of ranch and a 16 oz container of vegan ranch. They came in deli containers and seemed light to me. After measuring I confirmed they were both about 12 oz. Hoping it’s a mistake and not a shady practice

We asked for the pizza to be well done. We than found out the pizza was not well done and asked for it to be more well done but they wouldn’t allow it to happen. They made us miss one of the best bears game all because they wouldn’t put the pizza in the oven for a few more minutes. They also cussed at us. I advise you not to GO. I MEAN IT DONT ORDER HERE

I had a very disappointing experience at Dimo’s Pizza. Every time I go, they tell me, “10 minutes,” but after that, they come back saying, “Oh, we burnt your pizza, we’re sorry,” and then ask me to wait another 15 minutes for a remake. This pattern is extremely disrespectful and shows a lack of responsibility towards customers. I’m not even sure if they’re making the pizza properly or just giving excuses. Very frustrating experience.

The front cashier is rude and made me wait for 48 minutes for 2 orders and behaved rudely in front of all the customers. Extremely bad service. And he also said never to visit again to this restaurant. Would highly recommend all the food delivery partners to cancel orders from this restaurant and do not deliver as they have 0 respect for the food delivery partners and they ask you to come and cook in the kitchen can you imagine?????.

i love dimos! love that they have gluten free options, everything is very good and doesn’t feel too heavy at all. cute vibes inside, friendly staff and good music. pics are of the gluten free margherita pizza 🙂

Dimo’s was delicious! I loved the decor in the space; particularly the lights by the bar and the orange circular art piece on the wall. It is also in a lovely spot in Lincoln Square; it is great to walk around the area afterwards.
I appreciated that they had reasonably-priced mocktails and non-alcoholic drink options; there were a few Dry January specials, but it seems to be something offered year round.
We tried the smoked cauliflower, which was fairly good, but the highlight was the pizza slices.
The pizza slices were delicious and a good bang for your buck. I had the White Pie and the Speck Di Luna, which I realized are pretty similar, but the latter has more ingredients piled on it, including arugula, pineapple, and speck.
My friend had an issue with her pizza slice—they accidentally gave her pizza with dairy when she ordered a vegan one—but it was remedied by the staff.
Overall, I had a good experience, and I would definitely come back.

I’m a DoorDash driver and came here to pick up an order. At the counter, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes — but I ended up waiting 50 minutes!
During that time, I personally walked up to them several times asking about the order. They saw me sitting there, clearly waiting, yet no one ever came up to me or told me the truth. Every time I asked, they kept repeating the same lies: “it’s ready now,” “just one more minute,” when in reality the food wasn’t even being prepared yet!
I wasted almost an entire hour just sitting there while they handed out other orders and ignored me completely. No apology, no explanation — just total indifference.
If they had told me the truth from the start, I would have canceled the order and saved my time. Instead, I got false promises and dishonesty.
This is by far the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant.
I will never come back here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
If you get a DoorDash order from this location — decline it immediately, unless you want to waste your time and patience for nothing!
