Went for a work lunch and they had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Service was good. You seat yourself, serve yourself, even get your own drinks, leave plates for them to clean up, then pay in the way out. There was a great variety of food, to include non Mediterranean food. They have options that worked for those observing lent. We all enjoyed the food and the company. Would definitely come back. I heard from friends that they have multiple locations in the area.

Yeah, I don’t like Mediterranean food. It’s fine. But it’s great for vegetarians and vegans. The selection is great, lots of options including fried fish and fried chicken. On weekends, you have to request for the lamb shank (large bone so best to share one for two unless you’re hungry).

Price is $23 on weekends or $20 on weekdays (Nov 2025). Kids are about half the price. The lentil soup and other soup is homey, earthy. Sweets? I’ve had variations before m and never enjoy it that much—that’s more of my problem than here. There is an ice cream soft serve machine as well as cantaloupe and pineapple.

Friend likes their Cinammon milk tea (chai). They had a special offer of 10% off if you write a review but I chose not to bc my review might not be strong enough. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I can see if you grew up on this type of food or vegetarian, this might fancy you. Enjoy.

Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch

Walking into Dimassi’s felt like entering a buffet Gym with a full roster of Mediterranean Pokémon ready for battle. The Trainer’s instructions were simple, pick a table and start serving, and the labeled dishes acted like a Pokédex, helping newcomers understand every option. Most of the lineup landed strong damage with fresh salads, creamy hummus, flavorful rice, and plenty of dishes that proved buffet food can still hit with serious Attack power. The only miss came from the gyro meat, which felt chewy and past its prime, but the rest of the team carried the match easily. With welcoming ambiance and a culture-sharing approach that encourages people to try new things, Dimassi’s earns a solid Badge victory. Just be prepared to run this Gym without a Dr. Pepper buff.

My Dad and I have been trying to go for MONTHS and true to form they did not disappoint. There’s not a lot of places where your stomach AND your dietitian will be pleased, yet here I sit. So many different, fresh, flavorful options. I can’t wait to go again.

This Mediterranean restaurant has become our go-to spot for dinner dates. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — from the hummus to the grilled platters, everything tastes authentic and well-prepared. The portions are generous, and the presentation is always clean and inviting.

The staff member fatih is genuinely friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and they always make us feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal with my wife. We’ve tried several dishes over time, and every single one has been excellent — it’s clear they care about quality and consistency.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real Mediterranean flavor and warm hospitality.

Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet never disappoints. Everything is delicious and incredibly fresh, with a huge selection that makes it hard to choose what to try first. From perfectly seasoned gyro and crisp falafel to bright, flavorful salads and creamy dips, every bite tastes homemade and authentic.

The buffet is always well-stocked and clean, and the staff keeps everything rotating so nothing sits too long. Don’t miss the baklava — it’s honestly the best around: flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet.

If you love Mediterranean food or just want a great meal with lots of variety, Dimassi’s is a must-visit!

This place rocks

If you work out or have hungry children, you can’t do better. Healthy and delicious

Lentil soup, fresh pita, soft serve are all standouts. Not sure how you get soft serve to taste better than normal but they do it.

Dimassi’s in Richardson was wonderful. The food was hot, fresh, and constantly being replenished. Every dish was packed with flavor, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything top quality. The baklava was absolute perfection-sweet, flaky, and heavenly-and the chai tea? My new favorite comfort drink! The cleaning crew was on point too-friendly, quick, and always making sure tables were spotless. Great food, great people, great experience all around!

Whenever my husband and I are craving for Mediterranean food, this Dimassi’s Mediterranean restaurant is always our first choice. It’s an AYCE buffet restaurant, but yet with the top quality food as good as food by ordering. Their selection is good so it’s way enough for big boys and girls. We highly recommend it to everyone who cares for delicious Mediterranean food.
