Shrimp bobby combo with potato salad and gumbo. The gumbo was delicious. It had Louisiana shrimp and okra with a thick base. The pivot bread is from Leiderman’s, the best bread in Nola. Job shrimp were fried well. Potato salad was exactly as I like with slight vinegar and mustard.

Only gave a four for atmosphere because they seats were uncomfortable.

Overall a wonderful lunch.

Great food, great service! We stop here often, and we are always happy to see the friendly smiling faces. When friends come in town and want authentically New Orleans food, this is often one of our go to spots.

My recommendations are the roast beef, the muffaletta, and any of their sides. I know they are famous for their muffaletta, but the roast beef is pretty darn good too. The bread is unique for a roast beef sandwich. So good!

Most places that serve muffelatas have one size and you can order a whole, half or quarter. Here you have small and large. I got the small and it was easily enough for two people. The large must be crazy! Olive mix was good and the bread was perfect. A little crispy and soft in the middle. I had a side of red beans and rice, which were really good. I would return just for that. Staff was nice and very friendly.m

Brought my mom and sister for lunch. We were disappointed that the Terri town location was closed but went to the one off general Degaulle. As always the food is delicious. Please order the eggplant sticks. They are fabulous. Price is right. Enjoyed ourselves as well.

A coworker introduced me to this place for lunch today. Apparently, it is known for their muffaletas, of which I did not order since I don’t eat beef or pork! I was hoping for a hot meal. Instead, I ordered the chicken strips and fries. To start, I love fries, and because I also can not eat onion (which is in the potatoe salad their normal side), I opted for double fries. I was quite disappointed. The size of the order of fries was not what I interpreted a double order to be. In addition, the fries were cold by the time I made the five minute drive back to work to eat! Also, although the chicken had a good fry on it and had some flavor, I would not describe them as chicken tenders, but instead chicken nuggets. Lastly, for what I ordered, I think the meal was largely overpriced. I know the price of some things are going up, this was ridiculous to me. Since I don’t or can’t eat most of what is served here, I will probably not return. The woman serving was nice, and the atmosphere gave a trip back in time, but clean.

Delicious muffaletta! Packed with their homemade olive spread.

Based on my opinion – my only complaints would be the bread was a bit too crispy and tons of oil. But others might love that!

Fast friendly service. Open kitchen, clean and efficient. First time I’ve had a Muffellleta: got the 6″ small round, and if was HUGE. So many olives! Salty savoury. Worth a try.

ATM & slot machines in store. Glass bottle root beers, or fountain drinks. Beer also available.

Another Five Star Review for pleasant atmosphere, great food, and service! Thank you. Di Martino’s is locally & family, multi-generationally, owned, and are WestBank natives. The restaurant is open, clean, well-organized, and with a nice view. They offer great New Orleans style seafood as sandwiches, po-boys, and platters, Italian, and the very best muffulettas. I had & recommend the shrimp po-boy, my wife had & recommends the muffuletta, which she says is the best muffuletta in New Orleans, my son had the shrimp & oyster po-boy, and my grandson had a child’s meal. The staff were clean & neat, well spoken, friendly, and professional. The manager came around to the tables to talk to the customers and ensure that everything was well. Thank you!

Man, that was the best roast beef Poboy I’ve ever had. It was just enough with the combo, potato salad, and gumbo. Everything was fresh and to the point I’ll definitely get it again.

This is a neighborhood favorite! The food is very good and consistent. The staff is friendly and professional. The price point is inexpensive, especially for seafood. I die here frequently and will continue to. I usually get the butterfly shrimp and sweet potato fries with potato salad.
