I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to try this place from the negative reviews I was reading on both Google and yelp but I’m so glad I didn’t let those deter me. My partner had come to try this place a few months ago and spoke highly of it. I trust his taste so I reluctantly agreed to try. Boy was I proven wrong!

Firstly, we were given the warmest greeting from Kevin, our server. He remembered my partner from monthsss ago and even recalled him by name, even though my partner had only eaten here once! Next the food, everything came out HOT and soooo tasty! We got the house special chow fun, crispy eggplant with spicy garlic, wonton in spicy vinaigrette, and fish congee. Omygoodness I probably am going to sound like I’m exaggerating but the house special chow fun is probably the best chow fun I’ve tasted from Chinese restaurants in both LA and Seattle combined. The noodles were extra wide and the flavor was savory. I love that it came with char siu, chicken, shrimp, and fish balls! Second favorite was the crispy eggplant with spicy garlic! Rarely do I see crispy eggplant dishes at Chinese restaurants, this was truly a delight to munch on. We were frequently checked on by the other servers, a sweet lady and another young man but I unfortunately didn’t get their names, they were so nice! It is from my dining experience here that I’m going to make sure not to reject a place just from reviews alone.

We didn’t have dim sum but as far as entrees, this is some of the best Cantonese food in Seattle. Reminds me of the best old school restaurants in Chinatown 20 years ago. The Chow Fun is a real standout. The noodles were nice and chewy with that slightly charred “wok hei” taste so few places here are able to produce. Overall, they have a few really great vegetarian dishes.

My husband and I love coming here, favorite Chinese restaurant in Bellevue. The shanghai noodles and shrimp dumplings are our usual orders. Their mongolian beef is also great.

This is not the usual cart experience for dim sum and we ordered via the QR code. I was a little hesitant to try it based on pricing, but the portions are large and it tasted fresh. The service was quick and we were checked on multiple times. We over ordered but went home with a lot of leftovers.
One of the standout options were the combo dim sum plates for things like the footballs and taro balls. Love both those things and was new to see an option to get both on one plate. They also had it for shui mai.

To be honest, at first everything seemed okay. But after we finished eating, we found an earwig in one of the steamers. The waiter refunded that particular item, but I expected a full refund. We probably ate some bugs along with our food . Definitely won’t be coming back!

I was a bit skeptical of this place based on the menu pricing. The serving size at most Dim Sum places are quite “small” (size and quantity), so to pay double digits for a dish seemed a bit steep. But we were celebrating a birthday, so it was worth trying once.
I apologize for doubting this place. All items are double orders (so 8 pieces instead of 4), but what really was the delightful surprise was the size of the pieces. You know ur in a good place when it takes 2 bites to eat one piece. Food was delicious and tasty. My only criticism is the Red Vinegar on the table, tasted a bit watered down.
Efficient and attentive staff. No cheap styrofoam to go boxes AND they don’t charge you for the containers. I appreciate that.

Excellent food and fast service! Deserves a much higher rating. I especially love the baked BBQ pork pastry, but everything I’ve tried so far is great.

If you do an online order, make sure to order on Chowbus. That’s what they use for dine-in ordering (QR code menu), so the menu & prices are most accurate. Some of the other sites are missing menu items or have upcharges.

My partner and I love trying new restaurants and doing weekend food reviews, so we were really excited to try this place.

From the moment we sat down, the experience felt off. While we were looking at the menu, the server kept coming back every few minutes asking if we were ready to order. We explained that we were still deciding because the menu had a lot of options. When we finally placed our order, he questioned us and asked if we were “sure,” saying it was a lot of food for two people — which made us feel uncomfortable and judged.

When the food arrived, everything was cold. Every plate. We told the server each time and asked if it could at least be reheated. His response was shocking: he said the food is cooked in the morning, so by the time we arrived at 7pm, it was cold because it was prepped earlier. That explanation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable — no customer should be served cold food and then blamed for it.

Before we even received all of our food or took a single bite, he came back asking if we were paying cash or card. Then, only about 15 minutes later, he brought the check and asked us to pay — while there were still people in the restaurant and 40 minutes before closing time.

The entire experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional.
I was genuinely excited to try their food, but between the cold dishes and the terrible service, this is a hard no for me.

0/10 experience. Never coming back

Food was good but we only had received half of our order. Had to ask for our drinks because we were never served any when ordering. None of the wait staff ever approached to check on our table meanwhile they were very attentive to other guests. Mind you, our table was just a party of 3. I would see them tend to other small parties much quicker and more frequently when they would almost never approach to check on us. Toward the end we had to ask for our missing orders, and they finally brought them over and the food was cold by then. I wish I had a better experience here, because the food looked promising but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here sadly. I was very underwhelmed with the service here, I feel like it can be greatly improved. Happy holidays

Just happened by and decided to give it a try. Staff weren’t really helpful and ordering is via bar code. The portions are big and the food was pretty good (I enjoyed the two items I had, beef balls soup and beef rice crepes). Two items came out to $30, so it’s a pricey dim sum.
