Authentic Shanghainese taste. Just the waiting is a bit long during the weekend, they need more helper.

Best soup pork dumpling in southern California. Skin thin but don’t break easily so juicy soup stay in until you bit into. Yummy. Spicy 凉粉delicious but super spicy burn lips. Walnut shrimp with lot walnut tasty. Great service family owned. Love this place ❤️

Scrumptious, but pricey to fill up 8/10
– thoroughly delicious and perfectly cooked dumplings all the way around. Made sure to order various types
Dough was still crispy when we got home even with so much delicious broth in some dumplings
And the broth! Packed with flavor! Every mouthful more enjoyable than the last
All items were expertly crafted and cooked
Service is good
– if you intend to feel satisfied by the end of the meal, it won’t come cheap
I have limited dim sum experience, but this wasn’t as good as the first I had. Still really good though! will maybe be better when dine-in returns?

Came across this place by chance, and it was delicious. Often when trying new restaurants, or dishes, it’s a disappointing guessing game, but not today. The dumplings and wontons were delicious and nice and hot. Our favorites were the pan fried pork bun and the Chilli wonton. So flavorsome and fresh! Can’t wait to come back and try more!!!

Great food and service even though we came here when it was down to two tables due to Covid restrictions. They are short staffed so be patient. We had the spicy wonton, juicy pork dumplings, salt and pepper pork, and orange chicken and loved each dish. I would definitely come back here for more dishes and still have to try out their popular fried pork buns. I’m a huge fan of Dim Sum and this place has really good and fresh flavors. Definitely a return visit in the future for us. Also, their lavender milk tea was a nice drink. They give generous portions.

The sweet short rib doesn’t taste fresh. It might be fried and kept in freezer for so long so the meat is loose and no texture, quite disgusting! Wonton soup and xiaolongbao are okay. Rice cake dish is so salty.

We understood the economy is affecting many small business owners and understaff has become a norm. We ordered Shao Long Bao, Pork fried rice and spicy wonton. The dishes were served together. All dishes were warm but hot. The wonton were all stuck together and even the Shao Long Bao is not as hot. So I assume they probably have wonton and fried rice ready while waiting for the Shao Long Bao. The quality of fried rice is good though. The Shao Long Bao is also above average compared to many other Shanghai restaurants. The spicy wonton is not recommended though. Hope they can solve the understaff situation soon otherwise when Noodle St opens, they might face a much more severe challenge.

Favorite pan-fried dumplings in LA!!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—so addictive! I keep coming back for more. Highly recommend if you’re in LA and craving something delicious!

SUMARY: Highly Recommended
Swing by my favorite Shanghainese Specialty Restaurant, glad to see they are open for business after the pandemic closedown, At this juncture, due to labor shortage, only Take-Outs are available, no Dine-In.
There are a few new dishes added to their menu, I’m eager to try them.
