If you are an Arsenal fan in Boston, this pub is an absolute must, must, must visit. We went for a live match meetup, and the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by a sea of red and white, singing along with a crowd that truly knows the game. The energy in the room makes you feel like you’re practically at the Emirates, and the “vibe” is exactly what you want for a high-stakes matchday.
Beyond the incredible spirit of the supporters, the venue itself is perfect for a big group. The staff handles the matchday rush with ease, ensuring everyone is taken care of while the chants are flying. Whether you’re a local or just passing through the city, this is the definitive home for the Arsenal North End/Boston community. I can’t recommend it enough—COYG!

9/25 – Staying at the Sheraton with a group so we took a walk to Dillon’s for a drink. Sat outside & enjoyed the weather.Ended up with deviled eggs ( great) & fried pickles (good but skins were tough). Fairly good beer menu with a number of local breweries.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s normally been a great experience, but this time was anything but. I went there with a friend and it was fairly busy, so we were sat outside where tables were available and placed an order for one of our drinks. Not all the tables had heaters and it was just chilly enough that a heater would have been preferred. A couple sitting behind us had the same idea and asked a waitress if they could move to one of the now open tables under the heater, and they said yes. Seeing that, we also decided to move to the other open table with a heater. We then waited. And waited. And waited. A waiter brought the previously mentioned couple’s food out, but didn’t say anything to us. After a half hour, I got fed up and went in to ask the host where the drink was and why no one was coming to check in on us. She told me that we were sitting at a table that was reserved for another party, but that they would send a waiter over. I just got my friend and walked out. Not once did anyone say anything to us about the table being reserved, especially since it was ok for the other couple to take the other table. Instead they let us sit and waste a half hour of our time until WE had to come to THEM. As I mentioned eariler, I’ve been to Dillon’s a number of times and normally it’s a great time, but after this I genuinely don’t know if I’ll ever be coming back.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Dillon’s in August. The location was great and the back bar was well sized for our group (20 for dinner and 80 for the party). The events coordinator worked with us to pick a menu and iron out logistics (mostly how to transition from dinner to party, and how much food to order, etc.), and was very transparent on pricing. All in all, the food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was lively – exactly what we wanted!

Overall great experience here. The food was delicious, but the portion of fish for the fish & chips was small. The soda machine was broken and the beer we ordered was out, but the food we ordered came out pretty quickly and tasted great. We had the cauliflower and steak appetizers, the cheese pizza, and the fish & chips.

We grabbed their 2-for-1 burger deal only available on Mondays ($10 for two smash burgers), which btw tasted amazing – the sautéed garlic definitely made the burger shine. The truffle fries was an add-on side dish but we found the truffle flavor lacking. The chicken bacon burger and deep fried cheesesticks were fantastic too, but the tuna crispy bites was too salty and not crispy at all. Overall it’s a nice pub with a variety of handheld options, and I’d surely see myself here again on Mondays.

Visited Dillon’s the other day with a friend and had a horrendous experience — my drink was mistakenly served with alcohol, and instead of handling the situation gracefully, they instead tried to convince me I was in the wrong. The staff is rude and dismissive and the food is far too average to make up for it; avoid this place and give your money to better restaurants.

Eric is a super star! I’m not sure if he’s a server or bartender but he’s polite and professional. I ate there this weekend and had a couple drinks. Food is pretty good, and vibes were great. I lost my receipt and needed a copy. Anyone who’s ever went back to a restaurant or called in looking for an old receipt , knows that normal the employee aren’t helpful and act like it’s the hardest thing in the world to help you out. Not Eric! Super polite and efficient. I’d come back just for the customer service.

Dylan‘s basement is actually awful. I would not recommend you go. The bartender was not very nice not interested in talking to you or anybody else and the drinks were awful. I ordered a margarita and it was horrible.
