I love quesadillas and I saw this place on Google and thought I would give it a try. What a treat. First the portion is large and everything tasted fantastic. I got the Double Dilla I think and I ate half and was full. The fries were dusted in a seasoning that was perfect. I also tried the chips and queso. Again, this was a home run. I was traveling to another state so I took what I didn’t eat with me and warmed it up the next evening in an air fryer and it was as good as when it was first cooked. Also the dips they make are so good. You just don’t find this kind of food in a drive through type restaurant.
There was a very nice and engaging Manager there named Tyler who told me everything they make is prepared fresh. Even the queso. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell the whole crew took pride in their work. Well done Dillas. I hope more people give it a try.

The cashier was very sweet and helpful. The ground beef quesadilla was great, but exactly like I make them at home, so nothing special. The queso, however, was fantastic! I will go back and try the Gorilla Fries with the queso, because it sounds so good.

Absolutely love this place! Dillas deserves all five stars and then some. I was blown away by how fresh and flavorful their salads are—definitely not your average fast food salad. The ingredients were vibrant, perfectly balanced, and you could tell everything was made with care. The portion size was generous, and honestly, the food is totally worth the price.
While the soda was a bit watered down, I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately offered a replacement. I ended up trying the limeade instead, and wow—SO refreshing and delicious! It completely made up for the soda issue. Great food, great service, and a menu that actually surprises you in the best way. I’ll definitely be back!

You’ve got to try these quesadillas! I passed by the restaurant for two months, thinking “ Fast food quesadillas do not sound good to me!” Then I’ve got a flyer in the mail for a free one there.! I can’t stay away from the place now, These are the best quesadillas a person could ask for! And let’s not forget their queso! It’s made with hatched chilies, And is the best queso I have EVER Had! This place is worth It’s weight in gold! With flavors off the charts, at reasonable prices!! Be sure to download the Dillas app! I’ve gotten two free quesadillas, and free chips in queso, and a free medium drink! All with no purchase necessary!!! The pictures of show are for the gorilla order of quesadillas. In this one, you get four pieces instead of two., The meal comes with fries, and a drink. I ordered the gorilla order of quesadillas, Large drink, and large order of chips and queso. I spent $25 on all of that! Which earned me 250 points, towards my next free item of my choice in the Dillas app

Visiting from the Ft Worth area, we were excited to cone to a quesadilla place! There are some in N.Dallas, but its not near us.
I got the Hot Hatch with chicken and it was perfect! Our table also tried the Fluffy, the Lone Star and the Plain-o.
Everyone enjoyed theirs.
The service was good and the food came out fast.
The sitting area isn’t very large, though. And the music was a touch loud.
I can’t wait to try the othe types next time I visit.

Sean k at the Nacogdoches location was awesome! We wanted something quick and easy and what we got was so much more. We got to witness kids come in with their meal tickets and inquired about the food program. To see a growing quic food chain give back to the community is what did it for me. Of course the food was great! The quesadilla we had was the founder and it was delicious. We ended up chatting with Sean as well ( we were visiting from out of town) and he was delightful! Ty Dillas for giving us so much more than a quesadilla. Really gave hope that there is good out there in the world.

Excellent service! Food quality is absolutely peak! Portions are enormous, so don’t judge the prices like other places that are shrinking portions and increasing the cost. We even had just come from a different drive-thru (TBell) that skimped on our order asking for extra cheese (for their cheesy fiesta potatoes), and when we mentioned that to them, the manager gave us an extra side cup of queso, gratis! Phenomenal!

Great twist on the traditional quesadilla. I love the variety of options and that they offer the quesadillas as salads if your watching the carbs. There are options for larger portions if you are really hungry. Side note….dont skip the corn. Get the corn!!!! Just get the corn!!!!The staff are friendly and attentive. Great place for something a little different.
