Word cannot even begin to describe my love for the food here. It’s SO good! I wish there were locations closer to me for how often I crave one of these plain-ol chicken quesadillas. There’s gotta be some kinda magic in these quesadillas, they are genuinely so delicious!!
Went around early afternoon on a Sunday and it was pretty empty. Food came out pretty fast, and was just as good as leftovers. Definitely one of my favorite little food spots, this place is so amazing!!! Please open a location everywhere!!!

Found hair inside of our quesadilla AFTER taking a bite, it was so nasty! My Fiance had to drive all the way back to get a refund and they did not even offer a gift card or anything for the inconvenience.

Stopped by Dillas Quesadillas and ordered inside. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. They brought the food right to my table, which was a nice touch. The restaurant was very clean — tables, soda station, and even the bathroom were spotless.
My order came out exactly as requested. I got the Plain O with chicken, and it was made just right.
The only downside was the app. I found it confusing because there was no option to select fries, and it wasn’t clear if they automatically come with the order. That’s the main reason I chose to order in person. Hopefully that gets fixed in the app for those times when I want to order ahead and grab food on the go.
Overall, great experience in-store and I’d definitely come back.

We thought we had found a great alternative spot for lunch. However, despite the great tasting food, we won’t be going back.
The first time we went we were told that all their quesadillas were gluten-free. Yesterday, we ordered and even specified gluten-free and had a surprisingly large up-charge on our bill for it. This was not a preference, it is a necessity. Apparently, not all of the quesadillas are GF, anymore, because a serious reaction occurred after lunch.
We don’t know what the issue was. Whether it was a supply mix up, or staff carelessness. However, we can’t take a chance on getting non-gluten-free food, again.
Sorry, Dillas, you’re off our list of great options for lunch.

I ordered food from Dillas Quesadilla using their mobile app and picked it up in-store—smooth and easy process! The Chicken Quesadilla Gorilla tasted really delicious and fresh. The service was humble and warm, and the ambience was cool, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of parking. Great overall experience, I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was done quickly, but it’s exactly what you can make at home. It was $25 for a single quesadilla and one combo. There are upcharges for everything! They even charge $1.00 for a small container of super thick queso. It ended up being $25 for just two people. The sauces were good!

I had a great experience with the Dillas Frisco location. Kaila and Jonathan provided the best customer service! I placed a catering order for my 65 member drill team and they made sure it was completed on time and completely accurate, even with a few customized requests. Both of them were super friendly, very professional and easy to work with. They communicated well and answered all of my questions about their process and pricing. The food was amazing and a big hit with the team! We will definitely order from them again in the future.

I went to the Dilla’s closer to my home. I ordered the Lonestar, and a large chips and queso. Well… the queso was very good. Creamy, hot , and just the right amount of heat. The chips on the other hand… WE’RE STALE!!!. The quesidlla was not good either. The tortilla was hard, not fresh, and no flavor. I couldn’t even taste the BBQ sauce!. Just nasty! Why do you serve stale food for that much money! SIGNED…DISAPPOINTED

Friendly staff when you first walk in. I headed to the restroom. Toilet paper was sitting on top of dispenser. Went to wash my hands and the paper towel dispenser was empty. Went to counter to order out food. First timers at this place I had a few questions. The young lady at the register was unable to answer any questions. I asked what is the nacho bar, I was ignored. One young lady out of the entire staff was working while the rest gathered at the counter(one had elbows resting on the front counter) chatting it up. I requested sour cream with my dilla and ranch came out with my order. Fries were under cooked and the steak was dried out. Save your money and eat at taco bell.
