Dig on the 4th offers quick healthy meal to the neighborhood. It’s a good lunch spot for people on the run.
You can choose a base, 2 sides and a protein for a bowl. They also have sandwiches and drinks. I had brown rice, Brussel sprouts and broccoli with 1)crispy tofu and 2) charred chicken.
I like the chicken more. Heavier flavor and great portion. Tofu feels flat and only comes with 2 pieces. The portion is significantly smaller.
The service is quick. But they have the ingredients in the tray (plastic?) instead of those stainless steel containers.
There are some tables inside. But most people do takeout.

This dig location has the best staff. Always so welcoming and they actually smile. I dont stop in often, but when I do there’s always a smile, and any questions I ask about the food is answered. The food is put together just how I like it, whether i do order pick up or stop by the store. The guys that work here is cute too. Keep up the good work

The food actually tastes fine, but I found a huge piece of plastic in my bowl!!! So gross. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The experience was frustrating from start to finish. Even though there were only a few people in line ahead of me, I ended up waiting over five minutes just to get my bowl because the staff was almost entirely focused on fulfilling mobile pickup orders instead of helping the customers standing right in front of them. When I finally got my food, the value just wasn’t there; the portion sizes for the sides in the market bowl are surprisingly small, especially when compared to the much larger portions my friend received by ordering sides a la carte. To make matters worse, the “main” protein was incredibly stingy, consisting of only about two tiny, thin slivers of chicken. Beyond the portion issues, the food was generally way too salty.

Great place for a quick bite if you are around the Union square area. Line moves fast and it literally takes less than 5 minutes from the time you entered the restaurant to the time you are already eating. We tried the fried chicken on faro with carrots and cauliflower as sides and it was pretty good. And here is the best part – one of the employees shared his recommendation for the sauce: mix aioli and sriracha ( employees call it srioili). You will thank me later after trying this sauce combo.

I liked everything about Dig Inn on 4th.
They were able to create something special, when the healthy food market is already saturated.

I didn’t like this location. Tables were filthy and the guy making my food gave me very small portions. He took out one chicken breast and cut it into half then into thin slices. Never again. Both of the gentlemen at the front seemed tired of working there. Mean, short and uninterested in the customers.

First time here and love this cute, small and quick place to eat. Prices are in my opinion really good, except for the orange juice….
Chicken is delicious and avocado is perfect.
Will have to come back! Maybe not to this location bc it’s far but for sure another one.

I just stopped by this store picking up my order with a friend and as soon as I was in the counter I said hello and showed the male team member I was picking up. He just blew me out and kept talking to his female coworker and I had to wait till they stopped talking to each other to get helped. After that with such an attitude the female asked me a couple questions which I answered nicely and she said -Oook I’m just asking- and started making fun of us. So disrespectful people in this location.
