DIG is a new restaurant to me. This location is easy to find with plenty of free parking. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and open with a relaxed vibe. I loved the aesthetics. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered menus upon arrival, which isn’t typical for fast casual dining. While reviewing them, one of the team members shared a bit about DIG’s history of growing their own food. Due to their expansion, they partnered with trusted vendors to maintain their commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients. My meal definitely proved they’ve made great choices.
I chose to build my own bowl with salmon as the protein and sides of cucumber tomato salad, mac & cheese, and sweet potatoes. The staff was wonderful–they happily looked up ingredient details to answer my questions and even offered samples to help me decide. Such great service!
The cucumber tomato salad was fresh, colorful, and visually beautiful. This is exactly what food should be. The garlic aioli was thick and full of flavor and made for a great dip. The char on the sweet potatoes was so good. The mac & cheese ended up being my favorite side. It was creamy, cheesy, and topped with the most satisfying crumble. The salmon (I chose the non- spicy option) was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and great flavor.
As for drinks, DIG uses Boylan Bottling Co. for their fountain sodas instead of the typical Coke or Pepsi lineup. I’d never heard of Boylan before, but after trying their diet cola, I’m a fan–it’s been around since 1891 for a reason!
Overall, this was such a positive dining experience. I try to eat clean, wholesome foods, and DIG really delivers on that with fresh, beautiful ingredients and attentive service. If I’m in the Jenkintown area again, I’ll definitely stop by–and I’m crossing my fingers they open a location closer to Bucks County soon!

Built a bowl with avocado, chili lime brussels, roasted sweet potatoes, spiced pork tenderloin, and hot honey chicken along with a cane cola. Service was fast and convenient . They even provided helpful questions that made my experience so much better. The food was great. The brussels was tasty (not the tastiest I ever had but close second). The hot honey chicken was fantastic and would come back just to get more. The soda usually doesn’t stand out but something about cane cola made the meal even tastier. Would come again!!! This was my first visit to Dig Inn and it was fantastic. I had the Brussels sprouts, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and salmon — all fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The food was delicious and the price was amazing for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was excited to eat from one of my favorite chain restaurants as they recently opened a location down the road from me. Unfortunately I got all the way home to “dig in” to my food and find the chicken very very raw. Sooo so disappointed as it was 8:55pm once I got in so I knew it was no chance of returning back to the store and getting a refund. So very upset about this.

I really enjoy this restaurant and consider it a great healthy option for lunch or dinner. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is friendly and efficient. Portions are generally satisfying, though there have been a few occasions when they felt smaller than usual. Some more consistency with portion sizes—especially since the bowl size remains the same—would make the experience even better.

This was our first time at a Dig Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at the large vegetable selection. Fried tofu was very good. I thought the vegetables were delicious, but my wife felt they were over spiced. Vegetables were all fresh and crisp. Staff was great and very helpful. We’ll definitely be coming again.

My mother and I checked this spot out yesterday for the first time and we absolutely love them! We both got the hot honey chicken bowls. The food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean and organized. The best part of our experience was the phenomenal staff! The person behind the counter putting our orders together was so enjoyable and nice to talk with. They even let us try one of their favorite sides (the brussel sprouts are amazing). Afterwards we were chatting a bit with i who I believe was the manager. He told us about the restaurants roots and what they stand for, the farm they get the food from, and just lovely conversation over all. Fresh healthy foods are so important and im so excited to see a restaurant bring that to the area. Definitely go check them out. We cant wait to return! Thanks yall 🙂
