Bryant is so lucky to have this pizza gem in the area. If you haven’t been yet, you definitely need to give it a try! You can order online or in person—most orders are pickup, but they do have a small dine-in area if you prefer to eat there.
They offer two styles of pizza: NY-style and Detroit-style. I’ve had both, and you really can’t go wrong with either one. Brian, the owner, is incredibly outgoing and a true example of great hospitality.

After years of getting excited to find a new pizza place in DFW only to find it was just another cookie cutter place selling the same Lisanti Food Service “instant pizza place” recipe kits, I didn’t have a lot of hope for this place when my sister suggested trying it out. I was blown away with the quality here. The sauce is rich and flavorful, but still recognizably “Pizza Sauce” instead of a hearty pasta sauce that overpowers the pizza. The dough is fermented, so it’s a perfect mix of chew and flavor. I’m going to be visiting here every time I come through Arkansas.

Forget your love of any crappy chain pizza place. DIFFERENT DOUGH has arrived and it’s so freaking good. I can’t stomach gluten from chains and this pizza never hurts my tum tum. Why do I mention this? It’s because I CAN have gluten when it’s not full of chemicals. When wheat is quality and the ingredients are fresh you can tell a huge difference. We love getting double pepperoni! The service is great and the food is fantastic. It’s the only place we get pizza anymore! So thankful to have them here in Bryant.

My wife and I came here to visit our nephew Ethan at his first real job, and we honestly weren’t expecting much beyond supporting him. But wow, this place is incredible! Their pizza and calzone are absolutely delicious. After just one visit, I don’t think I can eat pizza anywhere else.
Having lived in New York, I know good pizza and this spot nails the taste and the atmosphere kinda reminds me of a true NY pizzeria. They really live up to their name, because Different Dough Pizza Co. is unlike any other.
We even joked about giving Ethan a hard time while he worked, but once we took our first bite, we completely forgot about that.. lol. Yes, it’s that good! We’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Highly, highly recommend!

We got the cheesy bread and Detroit style Great Debate. We also got one of each of the sauces. Everything was amazing. The sauces are fantastic and the pizza was even better. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back.

Finally tried after seeing great reviews on a regular basis. I will say, they didn’t disappoint! I ordered a calzone and the dough was surprisingly light and crispy, yet chewy (in a good way)! It had just the right amount of cheese and toppings and everything was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend and will be back for sure! Thank you for the great food and service!

My favorite hole in the wall in Saline county. The cup and comb pizza is very good with the hot honey drizzle. The owner is so nice and does not short cut quality. This is my go to pizza place in central Arkansas.

Wow, you can tell whoever opened this place has a passion for pizza. The Detroit style spicy cnc took me to places I’ve never been. The spice was quickly quenched by an almost honey sweet. Cooked perfectly with a crispy crunch. If you’re looking for a cheap pizza, go elsewhere. Sorry you dont belong. If food is an experience for you, then you have probably been looking for a place like this your whole life.

There is a new contender for best pizza in the Hot Springs / Little Rock area! The Detroit Style was everything I was hoping for. Great caramelized edges with the soft crust inside. Flavorful sauce.
