Inspired by taco and tequila-fueled conversations on the beaches of the Yucatan, Diego Pops takes a modern and playful twist on authentic Mexican favorites. Dishes delivered by our kitchen are made fresh and from scratch, including our classic and reimagined tacos, Brussels Sprout Nachos, and creative cocktails. Ambiance all around! Came here on a recommendation from a friend and it was spot on. We had a short wait before we were seated. Eclectic vibe all around! We had a house margarita which was excellent. We chose tacos from the menu in several different flavors and they were excellent. The elote’ was excellent as were the stewed beans. A must stop if you are in the area!

This was my second time here after 5 years and it’s still so good! Great vibes and atmosphere with fun music, and delicious food. We went on a Sunday afternoon and were seated quickly and had great service. Totally recommend the margaritas!

First time here and everything was great. The food, service and atmosphere all good. I had the mangonada which I didn’t care for, next time I’ll try the margarita. I would recommend this place for sure. Its super chill and relaxing. Everyone sat outside, we ended up sitting inside which was great…wasn’t loud at all. Go check this place out.

Happy hour was sooooo delish! We had Brussel sprout nachos, huge, so many flavorful toppings, great to share! We loved the six chilled sauces they bring out and had fun trying them all. We also got a ceviche which was packing a punch but tasty. Will def be back!

Our server was outstanding. The brussel sprout nachos and cod tacos were tasty. I particularly enjoyed the six sauces brought to the table, especially the roasted garlic beet creama. I love their drink glasses and their ice water tasted great, coming from a water snob.

Reasonably priced and large portion sizings. The sauce basket with all the flavors to choose from was awesome! Ordered the chicken burrito and it was quite filling and tasty. Also had fried plantains as a side and they were perfectly cooked. Favorite sauce was the roasted garlic beet creme! Service was excellent. Got there around 1PM on a Wednesday and had about a 15 minute wait. If you are a gluten free diner they have a separate frier for your food!

Great vibe and good food in this little gem of a restaurant! Great Mexican food, tacos, chips, burritos! All served by a super friendly staff! Indoor seating and outdoor seating with mist fans! Good drinks to top off a good meal.

I thought the food here was great. I really liked the salsa tray with the label card letting us know what was what. The white rice with the hints of coconut was nice. We did have a couple service issues. But our server was new so it was no big deal. We ordered chips and salsa that got missed by the runner, so they came with the meal. The manager did come over and apologize and said the chips were on them. They still made it to the bill though. I ordered the California burrito but was brought the house and the drinks sat needing a refill half way through the meal to the end. But again, the food tasted great. The online menu is a little hard to navigate. It has several sub menus that only show up after clicking other parts of the menu. If you are going Monday-Friday around lunch time, I recommend the lunch special, plenty of food for a great price. Again, the food was delicious we just had a few service issues that didn’t really stop us from enjoying the meal.
