I love diedrichs breakfast burritos and I shop at multiple locations in the area. I’ve gotten two bacon burritos two separate times at the hwy 20 location, and they both tasted old. I haven’t had this problem yet at a separate location. Idk if this location has a bad batch of bacon burritos, but I probably won’t shop at this location for their food anymore.

Love coming here, whether I get a coffee or energy drink it is always delicious. The girls are awesome, super fun vibe in the morning. These girls also work super fast and get through their lines even though its only 1 barista usually. 10/10

The girls are kind and prompt. Their breakfast burritos are good. My husband and I are regulars at this stand and at the Cook Road coffee stand and most of the staff already know what we order and acknowledge/ask if there’s anything else we want to add to the order.

As a barista of 6 years it was disappointing to have the experience I endured here not once but twice. I always get the same drink a 20 oz iced americano with sugar free chocolate and cream. The barista said she can do a 24oz but not a 20oz which as a former barista myself made zero sense to me. She then pushed me to get heavy whipping cream instead of cream and powder instead of sauce which makes no difference but it was a super syrupy thick texture from the heavy cream and I ended up throwing it out both times. This happened not once but twice and I have a friend who used to work for Diedrich and she said they are big on telling their employees to upsell product. I paid $8.75 ($1tip) for a 16oz (that I settled for when I was told 20oz wasn’t available) americano with flavor and cream. Any other coffeestand would’ve charged $5 at most for my drink. I was just so appalled that not only did the barista try to influence me to change my usual drink but she did so anyways after I had asked her specifically not to. The customer should always get what they ask for when it comes to coffee. This happened to me both times I went and it was the same barista working both times.

This chain has the best coffee and still very decent prices compared to the bigger chains. The service has been friendly every time I’ve visited. I would definitely recommend!
