Just spent $47.58 on 3 drinks and 3 food items. While setting the drink holder with 3 drinks in it on my front seat all 3 drinks tipped over. I was able to catch 2 drinks. The 3rd drink landed on the floor of my car completely spilt!
I asked if I could have my drink remade. It was now completely all over the floor and there was no way I could drink it.
I was told I would have to purchase another drink. The store could not make me a replacement drink.
The drink dropped out of a drink holder while in my possession. I understand it was my fault.
As a fellow business owner I expected a different experience.
I will never return. I would have.

I usually stick to my regular espresso stand but I stopped here since it was closer. I ordered my daily coffee, a 16oz quad shot white chocolate caramel mocha iced no whip extra sweet. When I received it, it had whip cream (no big deal) I just asked if they could take it off. Once down the road I took a drink and I almost spit it out, I’ve had burnt espresso before but this was so much worse like it was an old espresso that was saved and burnt. I never complain about anything but I had to. I went back I let her know that it was pretty bitter and tasted burnt, and said she would remake it. She stated that their coffee is normally bitter (really!?) and would I like it to be a 24oz vs 16oz to which I replied yes. It took her less than 2 minutes to “remake” the drink and it tasted almost as bad as the first, just watered down due to the new size. I knew she didn’t remake the drink at all, just poured it into the larger cup, added more milk and flavor to dilute bitter/burnt espresso. Just to get it over with and since at that point I could tell that she was annoyed I told her it was the coffee was fine. I drove out of my way to go to my usual espresso stand to get a new coffee and throw that one away. I will never go back to that stand or any other Diedrich stand for that matter, that’s pure laziness and terrible customer service. Waste of time and money…

I’ve been getting coffee here since I moved to the area 4 months ago. They always nail my drinks! Staff are friendly as well as swift and always have a pupcup ready with a treat when my dog joins me. Thanks for making every morning I’m here a treat.

I asked for (2) 24oz redbull Italian soda’s can one 16oz 3/4 full cup and 16oz half full…. I asked nicely the lady to fix it and she replied “you asked for no ice” and I responded please put some club soda in the drink then please. She proceeded to respond with. I cannot do that which I have never heard of barista that can’t add club soda…? Conclusion if you want to be robbed of your money, be my guest and go there but I feel like they should have made it right.

They fill the cup up with an infinite amount of ice and rips you off. Doesn’t matter which size. Tired of it because this is like the 10’th time they’ve done this.

The amount of ice compared to liquid in this 32 oz drink is insane. Both of these cups are 32 oz. I didn’t drink any of it. Liquid to ice ratio is way off. Basically paid 10 bucks for a 12 oz drink. On par with whats expected from Starbucks.

I love this place. The coffee is on point and when I order a quad it actually tastes like coffee instead of milky. The staff is very friendly! And on fridays they have triple stamps heck yes!
