We had the lunch-sized brats with sauerkraut, at the end of the lunch shift. Very good. Just the right amount of food to head into a three-hour evening class. At the corner of North and Sunset. If you’re looking for a place to eat after the zoo, you’ll do well to come up to downtown and nosh before you head home.

The waitstaff was very friendly,but they did not have half of the menu avalable. The cook also refused to prepare german coffee for my wife. The namesake tasted like meatballs from a potluck dinner. I did, however, enjoy my wife’s curry sausage.

No nothing. No beer. Coffee was on the menu but, they don’t serve it after 6pm? This is supposed to be a German restaurant? With a third of the food on the menu being Italian? Got my side order wrong. Didn’t have tea ready for other customers (apparently would take 15 mins to make more). Could have made this food at home. Never wasting my money here again.

Tiny little place. Stumbled upon it while in Asheboro on business. I was overly delighted with the jager schnitzel and my co-worker said the spaghetti and meatball was great.
