First time here and wow, their wings are amazing. Quickly rising to my favorite wings in the area. Great selection of flavors. (Traditional medium & Jamaican jerk pictured).

We ordered take out boneless wings in “Smokey Mountain Gold” and “Cajun Ranch”. The “cajun ranch” wings were great like we’ve had in the past, but the “Smokey Mountain Gold” wings barely had any sauce — there was a drizzle of sauce across the top of the wings and nothing on the bottom of the wings at all. They were just chicken nuggets. I called to see if it was a mistake (maybe they had ran out of sauce?), but the hostess was assured by “Paul” that he had made them properly. The only option I was offered was to drive back to the store, prove to Paul that they weren’t the normal standard, and he’d give us more sauce. They do not have a way of accepting pictures as “proof” via text or email, so here we are.

We frequently stop in, mid-afternoon, on Fridays. Husband LOVES their Fried Green Tomatoes and I love their quesadillas, salads and the Friday fried fish special! We placed our order with Brianna, or rather, she asked us if we wanted the FG Tomatoes and the fried fish and the Goose Island IPA for Doug and the diet Pepsi for me. She came back quickly and said they didn’t have any green Tomatoes… BUT, she said she’d run over to Publix and pick some up!!! What???? Yes, she did!!!! Unbelievably wonderful! The grill master was working on the order while she was gone and I swear Brianna brought our order to the table in 5 minutes! Everything was perfect and delicious and the service was ABOVE and BEYOND!! Great job, Brianna and crew!!!

Uodate 2/1/26. Wanted to say we justvhad a good lunch. The wings were great and they were actually Caribbean Jerk. Cheese bites were delicious. AND THEY HAVE FIXED THE FRONT DOOR! Lucy the server(i believe that was her name] did a great job. So happy to have had a good experience.
Original review. Have been going to Dicks wings for almost 20 years and have always bragged about the Caribbean Jerk wing, as it’s the only one I get. This location used to be decent and consistent, except for the dang front door that has slammed behind you for the whole time I’ve been a customer( probably since 2018 or so). New ownership took over and I heard someone say they saw a crew working on the front door so I had hopes for them. Nope. Same slamming door, new servers eveytime we go in and the kitchen forgot how to make Caribbean jerk as mine are different every time we go there. It still is a better wing then most other places but not my favorite eyes roll in the back of my head flavor. The reason I get so bothered about the front door is because it’s the first impression that every customer experiences when they walk in. If you don’t have time to fix that then what else don’t you have time to do? I have less and less desire to come to this location.

We doordashed an order.
The burgers arrived raw even though the ticket stated medium well (pink throughout) the bun was soaked with grease. Whoever prepared them certainly did not care.They were inedible.

Overall I was a bit disappointed. The prices and service were good but the food was ok. The fried green tomatoes were ok, but were on the greasy side. I wasn’t sure if it was just the batter but the waffle fries were just as greasy. The wings were very very salty from whatever dry rub they use. Overall was t terrible but I probably will try another place while I’m here.
