Me and my wife walk in at 9:30 pm looking for a couple of cold beers and some wings. The bartenders didn’t even look at us, we sat the bar but nothing… not greeted, not looked. Plus the restaurant was dirty everywhere. Come here expecting better because of the area but I guess not. Never again

How can you have wings in your name and then have undercooked raw wings? I ordered 10 wings extra crispy..they were raw. Ordered funnel fries , missing toppings. Ordered cheesesteak completely burnt bread as hard as a rock..out of 3 items ordered they all had issues…..never again

This has been our regular Monday night hangout for the past year or so. We meet my daughter here most times because they live in Nocatee, so we have a group of anywhere between 3-6. We mainly come in for the 99 cent wings, happy hour apps and 1/2 price pitchers of beer. Tonight will be our last visit. When we ordered tonight – after all of these months of ordering the same things – we were told that wing orders of less than 10 were regular price. This is despite the fact that everyone in our party and on our check was ordering wings. So between 3 women we were forced to order 30 wings to get the 99 cent price. This has never happened before. Ever. On top of that – no sauce comes with the wings and you are charged 99 cents for a tiny cup of ranch or bleu cheese. Also, no one told us the ultra wasn’t included anymore in the $6 pitcher – so those were $12 too. Then the food came. 3 of us got boneless wings – which were good – but two of us got bone in and they were still pink in the middle. To round out our less than perfect evening, the checks were a total disaster. It should have been simple with two people on one side of the table and three on the other but somehow our checks got totally commingled. Our waitress did her best to try and sort it out but one of us still got charged for both appetizers. At that point we were so frustrated we didn’t even care. We just wanted to get out of there. It was hot and the music was so loud we could barely talk to each other. Our waitress was fine – I don’t want to speak negatively about her except that she told us “rules” that no other server has ever in the past. In the past we have been allowed to get two flavor wings in 5 quantity increments. Now all of the sudden – as in since last week – all the rules have changed. I don’t normally do reviews but I thought you might want to know why your regulars wont be back. Despite all the issues – pricing, raw food, messed up checks – not once did we ever see or speak to a manager. Shame, shame shame.

Not very crowded. But waited 30+ minutes for food. My friends wings were cooked well. My chicken and fries were COLD to the touch and first bite!!!! Tried so hard to get the attention of the hostess or our waitress to no avail. Then I just took my whole tray to the bar and asked to see the manager. The women behind the bar told me she was the manager so I explained and she took my tray. Stating she would take care of it. Another 30+ minutes before I received my meal. My friend already completed his meal and received his wing reorder before I even got to receive mine!!! II visit Dicks Wings in St. Augustine and never have a problem! I won’t go back. Not even an apology for my inconvenience.

I ordered 10 wings to take out, mild Buffalo sauce. The woman training another employee how to use the register to ring it up told her to ring it up as “no sauce, mild”. She said that this would default the sauce to Buffalo, however when I got home, there was literally no sauce on the wings.
I gave 2 stars because the lady being trained was nice, and the 5 Georgia girl wings I also ordered actually came with the sauce on them that I asked for.

The bartender sat us down and we waited some time for our server to get our food and drink order. Very chill place and the food was pretty good. Wings were on the smaller side but a nice little place to have a few drinks, a meal, and watch a few games.

We ordered our Cajun Ranch wings and took them home and once we received them and were seated we opened the box and they were pretty much completely plain, and what makes it worse to be honest is that there is a pathetic amount of sauce in there meaning, I didn’t just get the wrong order, there was just ZERO effort put into my order. After discovering the conundrum I figured we’d call up there and see what we can do to fix this mishap, the manager gets on the phone and to my surprise she quickly says there’s nothing she can do about it, so we leave it at that and I sit my self down and eat what I got, and about half an hour later I feel sick to my stomach and nauseous, and I doubt it was a coincidence. So what I’m saying is keep this in mind when ordering here. Thank you for your time .

Had a great experience at this location, food was great prepared just as I ordered it. My server was very friendly and she kept my drink filled throughout my meal. I will definitely be back.
