I’ve never seen Dick’s wings look so light, naked and not cooked properly. It was the worst ever.
The buffalo medium sauce and lemon pepper was barely on the wings and it is usually more fried and darker.
I am glad I took a picture when I came here in November (last picture) of what the wings usually look like. I hadn’t been here in years and was trying it out.
I wish I can get my money back or a new order.

I had a terrible experience at Dick’s Wings and won’t be returning.
I ordered a 10-count wing combo with Gold Rush sauce (extra), extra crispy chicken, fries, and a chicken sandwich wrap. When I got home, I discovered the wings were undercooked, the opposite of what I asked for and they weren’t even edible. On top of that, they didn’t put any Gold Rush sauce on them at all. I clearly thought they gave me the wrong order for this bad of a mistake.
I tried calling the store to fix the issue, but their phone line had been disconnected about 40 minutes before closing. Since I live nearby, I drove back and found the doors locked 25 minutes before their posted closing time while employees were inside just talking amongst each other. I spoke with the manager, but she showed zero concern about the situation. She was ready to go home in it seem like she was used to this problem from my understanding.I ended up asking for a refund and left.
This place clearly doesn’t care about food quality or customer service. Very disappointing experience. Save your money in go elsewhere.

Well we called and attempted to give them business. Party of 30 eating and drinking they said they couldn’t accommodate us because of Poker hard to believe a manager would give up the revenue over people playing a game barely ordering anything. The amount of money they would’ve made PPA would’ve been $30 I wonder what poker PPA is? It’s a shame but Millers Ale house can accommodate! Congratulations you just lost money

A good place to get beer and bar food.
We came in on a Tuesday night to take advantage of happy hour since we had a group.
The staff were nice and the restaurant was very spacious. It’s very much like a Buffalo Wild Wings. Sports on the TVs, beer and basic cocktails, wings and burgers, arcade games and pool.
The food came out relatively quickly and was decent bar food. The wings were really good, butter than BDubs(which isn’t hard).
Overall it’s a decent bar.

Wings were good!!!! We got the flavor that was sweet and spicy. We also ordered drinks, the vodka lemonade and the blue shark. Hardly tasted the alcohol, but the flavors were good. They dont serve frozen drinks.

Waitress who also ended up being the manager was super Awesome!! I ordered my traditional wings Cajun ranch medium but I wanted them fried well done. They were so light skinned and soft. I didn’t understand why you didn’t notice that! Well done. It’s been over 3 years since we were here. I told my Husband is going to be great……..whelp I lied. SMH

I placed an online order around 4:40 PM for pickup at 5:09 PM. When I arrived, I was told they were “just bagging it up,” only to overhear that they were actually out of traditional wings which made up half of my order. No one called me ahead of time to let me know, even though they had my phone number on the order. If they’d notified me earlier, I could have decided whether I wanted to switch to boneless or even cancel, instead of wasting time driving there and waiting around.
On top of that, I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to cook the boneless wings. The staff and the manager, Marissa, showed little to no apology or sense of customer care. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, they were matter-of-fact and dismissive, almost like my frustration was an inconvenience to them.
Things happen, I understand late deliveries but good customer service is about how issues are handled. A simple phone call and a sincere apology would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all.

Have always loved Dicks Wings but adding.99 to toss 3 tenders is absurd when the meal is 12.99 (no drink) to begin with. I’d expect that the tenders would be covered in sauce. An upcharge or extra charge for just about everything! Waffle fries? That’s a premium side so add another $2.99 for 6-7 waffle fries. My tenders came out and they weren’t covered in sauce. I pointed it out to the server and she brought more but failed to mention that’d be another charge lol. When asked I heard the ole my boss blah blah followed by the cook said they had enough. Basically I was lying I guess. So for two, 3 piece tender meals with 3 pretzels and teas it was $52.00! Receipt for reference.
