The pulled pork was pretty tasty but I was surprised it didn’t come with any sauce, and the fried okra was great even at delivery temperature. That said, I was really not a fan of the bun and the fries didn’t have any seasoning to speak of.
Because it was packaged in a plastic bag for takeout, everything was pretty damp from condensation. I’ll have to try again in the restaurant to give it a fair shot.
I didn’t catch her name, but the lady at the counter was warm and welcoming and very friendly. She was getting the orders ready for everyone and was just as friendly and nice as could be. She really made this a positive experience for me.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. It’s a nice place that I wouldn’t mind spending a little time in while I eat my fantastic meal. I am very happy with this Dickey’s and I’m sure you will be too. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks 🙂
I will start by saying that the experience was quite disappointing for the fact that Dickey’s is renowned franchise from Texas and I have tried there and this was not close to the delicious food I had over there.
My food was cold when I picked up the order (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant). There was no seasoning, smokiness or flavor in the meats till I poured lot of bbq sauce on it (I had to use my own sauce because the restaurant did not put any in my bag even though I put a note on special instructions and also it was included with the meal). The plus point was the meat was tender, especially the brisket which I enjoyed after re-heating. Polish kielbasa sausage was dreadful (very greasy) The best thing was fried okra and I would recommend that for sure. The Mac and cheese was horrible and I was given a tasteless roll instead of Texas toast as mentioned in the order.
Overall, I will give this place a 1 star rating but since they just opened I won’t be mean. However, they should fix their things as per standard because there are way better choices in Enterprise area for the $30 I spent.
You’ve GOT TO BE kidding me…
These are store bought breaded chicken nuggets.. like dollar store, frozen in a bag, chicken nuggets that my kids snack on after school, covered in buffalo sauce that I was just charged $10 for! This has got to be the BIGGEST joke of an establishment I have ever seen.
I would be MORTIFIED if I owned an establishment and this came out of my kitchen labeled as boneless chicken wings.
Pathetic.
Food is always hot and delicious. I know people didn’t have the best experience when they first opened, but being in the food industry opening a new kitchen is full of learning curves, and that is something consumers need to be more mindful of.
If you haven’t been lately, I encourage you to try it again.
