Meats here are yummy for the price! Been here twice.
Brisket is great.
Ribs were excellent.
Pulled pork was tasty.
If you get the meat only platter. There is a lot of meat for $6 and up. That comes with a roll. If you order an individual side, add $2.25.
Their sandwiches look amazing! May have to try that the next time!
BBQ is pretty pricey in general, but if you pick your items wisely, it can be affordable for BBQ.
We did brisket and pulled pork the first time with 2 sides and it came with 2 rolls. It came out to $18. Not bad. We had left overs, too!
The service can be spotty. Some employees are nice while others are short and curt.

Love the food! Had the Western Sandwich and I cannot stop thinking about it since I ate it! The employees were all hustling so hard, and the food was the perfect temperature! I would definitely dine there again, and I cannot wait to see this restaurant settle right down into our little town! Way to go Dickey’s BBQ for the hard work and the wonderful food!

Well Dickeys BBQ opened in Pahrump today and I don’t know if the food was good, as I couldn’t get inside to find out. I saw the line of twenty people out side waiting to get in and knew I didn’t have the time to wait that long. All I can say is it sure smelled good out side. So I give it four stars for the smell.

First and foremost, the food was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This kind of restaurant is a newer concept in the town of Pahrump, and was just put in a few weeks ago. Now, don’t get me wrong, the Food was absolutely delicious, but it is either my bad luck for the 4th time in a row getting sick at a new restaurant in town, (Sonic, Carl’s Jr, Tropical Smoothie, and now Dickey’s) or that the staff still needs to be trained on how to do things the right way, but I got sick after eating at Dickey’s.
There was also quite a long wait time it felt like, waiting in line just one person ahead of us.
Again, The food was absolutely delicious, but I would give the restaurant a few more weeks to get things figured out before I go and eat there again. its going to kill me to have to wait that long to want to go eat there again, the food was amazing!

Excellent. Ribs flavorful and NOT drowning in barbecue sauce . Corn on the cob sweet and juicy. Brisket flavorful and juicy. Chicken flavorful and also juicy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Friendly staff. We’ll be back .

Best damn bbq west of Texas. However, service sucks. Been there three times, first time waited in line forever, second and third time I waited and waited and finally gave up and went to Burger King. Give it a 5 star for food. No star for service

Never been to a restaurant that does not know how to serve brisket. I ordered brisket and they served me several large chunks, cut with the grain. My wife’s pulled pork was “chunks” (not pulled) of pork, served dry. Not impressed and won’t go back.

If you have ever been to a real Dickies Bbq you will never come back to this one it’s just another sandwich shop . I’ve been to quite a few of them a,d they offer 2 ,3 meat plate dinners. Not buy by the lb crap.

After a slight menu issue that was quickly resolved by the pleasent staff we experienced awesome brisket and fall off the bone ribs! Excellent job by Justin and Noe!!
