I ordered off delivery, uber eat. However I know it wasnt delivery fault cause bag is sealed. I ordered 3 meat with mac and cheese and charged extra for a caesar salad with the famous bbq sauce. I did get the meat, definitely appricate that. But sooooo small and sooooo dry. What i did not get was mac and cheese and bbq sauce. Left with the meat which is dry btw…. and this petty salad? It literally chopped lettuce and nothing else and packet of dressing. I paid $29.73. That not with uber fee and delivery or tip it a total of store alone. Look at the picture and see what I got.
Btw the bbq sauce wasnt the dickies bbq i got. It was bbq sauce in my fridge.

I ordered for delivery. My main complaint was that the sides were only partially filled. The Green beans supposed to contain bacon but they didn’t. And it was 50% water. It is frustrating because you placed an order to go. You intend to serve a few people, but the orders are extremely substandard, and the Manager only says I can fix it. Next time you come in. I don’t intend to come there very often, nor should my dinner suffer tonight. Frustrating.!!!!

Very disappointing. We used to order Dickeys quite a bit – especially during the Covid shut down. We revisited tonight to get take away, and it’s sad to see how far this establishment has fallen. The “sliced brisket” was more like cheap and burnt beef jerky – Incredibly dry and well overdone. The Mac n cheese was inedible – weird smell and stale taste. The fries were hardly cooked at all – floppy and gross. What happened?!

So let me start by saying We’ve been to dickeys plently of times and the foods always on point but today was different.
My family and I came to the castle rock location (first time) and I’d have to say that today was the best experience I’ve ever had at dickeys.
Mia and Marley were excrptional. Their customer service was outstanding and they really went above and beyond to give us a great experience and as usual the food hit the spot.
I live in Denver but will for sure be back to this location just because of the exceptional service we received today.
Thank you M&M for making our visit a great one!

It’s clean and quaint BUT It’s just the service is not up to par and PLEASE tell me what is going on with the ‘turkey’❓
I mean it is not like it’s real meat…. It’s almost like it’s that block lunchmeat turkey that they chop up in chunks….. It’s actually kind of gross.
And to be honest, my “smoked chicken” was very heavily doused in charcoal fluid

Ps. And my to go order, they did not offer me silverware nor napkins. I just think that’s lazy every to go bag should have utensils and napkins. That’s just common sense in courtesy 101.

I love BBQ! This place was… okay. Got the 3 meat plate: brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Sides: Mac n cheese and fries
Brisket was good. Chicken and pork though were bland and the chicken specifically was dry and tough. All the meats were barely warm. I’m sure it comes out of the ovens hot but by the time the food is chopped or pulled and plated it’s not really warm anymore. Mac n cheese was good and fries were okay.
I don’t think I would choose to go to this place again on my own. If I was going out with friends and they insisted on coming here, I would go and kind of enjoy the food.

The food was delicious. Wings cooked perfectly. Brisket was juicy as well as pulled pork. Mia and Marley were very friendly and helpful and did a great job! Highly recommend this location.

OMG ♂️ NEVER have I had and experience with Dickey’s like this.. I’m so disappointed . The one in North Carolina was 3000 percent better than here @Castle rock. The brisket was super dry, even the chopped brisket. The corn was bad, the turkey was bland like what happened Dickey’s? The service was great, but the food was terrible . The cabbage slaw was the best thing on my plate, now that I tasted these wings …….. disgusting, I’m pissed .

We stopped in for dinner. The staff was nice. All of our food was great. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with cheese, but when I sat down, I noticed there was no cheese. They were busy with other guests so I didn’t worry about it. The amount of meat you get in your order is excellent. I love the sweet sauce. The baked beans were very good. The coleslaw was good, too. I love that you can get yourself free ice cream. We were too full, but next time, we will get some.
