This is the second time we had Dickey’s BBQ, the first in Hillsboro, OR. It is very good. The restaurant is neat and tidy.
We had the 2-meat and 3-meat plates. There are twelve different sides to choose from! The coleslaw tasted fresh and not tangy.
We preferred if they put not just a single piece of bread, though, because there is so much meat.

It’s chain bbq – which is gonna be an ok experience not life changing. This is a pretty good spot to get some meat, veg, and drinks. The meat reminded me of grilled meat but cooked low and slow, not very much smokey flavor or smoke rings. This is definitely not ideal, but their sides, drinks and speed of service was actually pretty spectacular. The texas toast definitely needs an upgrade, I was unsure whether it was buttered or not, it definitely had seasoning but it was dry toast with dried seasonings. The fries were an excellent and unexpected treat with the rosemary herb blend on them, and their bbq sauces were heated and pretty tasty. Definitely don’t mind going back, and a few things here or there and it would be great, but for a chain this is pretty awesome.

I only have one comment: Meat is SUPER dry. Taste like leftover re-heat meat

I made an order on the app to pick up at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. However, when I got there at about 8:47pm, the restaurant was completely closed, lights shut off, and absolutely no one there. So, obviously, I didn’t actually get my order and it’s incredibly frustrating that it closes early for no reason. I’ve had something like this happen twice now! Honestly I like the food since it’s Dickey’s but it’s so unprofessional imo to at least not cancel my order before they close

Gave them a try with the reopening under the new management, and it’s a dumpster fire. I got a two meat plate and received dry, chewy brisket and dry sausage that between the two portions barely exceeded 7 oz. They couldn’t even be bothered to butter my not toasted Texas toast. A shell of it’s former self.

It seems like the place changed its owner, Time for an updated review.
The era of perfect brisket and iconic waffle fries is over.
What used to be a go-to spot for real BBQ has seriously dropped in quality. The brisket was dry and lacked flavor, tossed on a bun that was so stale and crumbly it couldn’t hold the sandwich together. The biggest letdown? The legendary waffle fries are gone—replaced with limp, underseasoned shoe string fries that felt like an afterthought.
This isn’t a minor slip—it’s a full-on decline. Disappointed and unlikely to return unfortunately, do not recommend to anyone.

Not impressed. The meats we tried were so-so and the mac-and-cheese tasted like a bland powder mix. Only thing I liked was the potato salad. Too expensive for what you get. This was the second time we tried it, not interested to go back.

I am extremely impressed with the service here. The owner Vaughn came to our table and helped us out. The lady cashier also taught me about deals throughout the week and extras I could get. I was extremely impressed by their service.
The food came out piping hot. We always have issues with food coming out late for an outing like this but they did it even while busy. Again I am very impressed by the service and the food selection is great!!

We first went to Dickies in Texas and loved it so we were happy to find that Issaquah has one, too. The food was great. I had the chicken, green beans and potato casserole. All were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff was very friendly and knew their menu, the restaurant vibe was very relaxing. Will be back!

Delicious BBQ with a real friendly staff helping get the meal going. I will definitely be back!
We had a three-meat platter with two sides, which was plenty of food for two people. We also had the rib plate. The pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender.
