It’s a hit or miss with this place but lately mostly miss. Our last 4 orders have been SUPER fatty and soggy. We used to love the brisket and now we have been throwing away the last few orders because nobody in our house loves to eat squishy fat and it’s WEIGHED by the pound…a rip off. Agree with other comments too that you can get some really dry meat or cold food too, it’s happened to us too but the staff tried to fix the issue with a small portion of reorder. Also, DO NOT get the turkey here. The most disgusting, rubbery thing I’ve ever tried. All in all, this place is not worth the price. Really disappointed

We hadn’t been to a Dicky’s in quite a long time. We were excited to find one. We were disappointed in the quality of our meal. I ordered the 3 piece meal with 2 sides. I got 2 very small pieces of cold brisket, sausage, over fried okra and a small container of mashed potatoes instead of the loaded potato. We paid about $30 a meal with drink. We were the only ones there so not busy at all. Not likely to go back.

Brisket meal with drink and side. The brisket sandwich was very cold i should have sent it back. Bean w bacon didnt see or taste any bacon. The smallest side ive ever seen. The ladies were nice.

This location is amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic, and the store itself was clean and visually appealing. I highly recommend this spot – the staff have done an incredible job. I’ll definitely be returning and telling all my family and friends about it.

I’m not an avid BBQ eater nor do I claim to have the best taste buds to discern the best BBQ from the worst but this place by far was the worst for good reason. My girlfriend and I both got the 2 meat plate with double brisket slices… these were the slices. Unseasoned, and COLD… the only thing that was semi warm were the fries which were actually decent. The brisket had little to no flavor without the bbq sauce on the side, I can get past that though. The fact that everything except the fries were cold was what really got me. Maybe that one complained ruined the whole experience for me, and I hope they can make some changes soon because this place has potential but definitely not worth $53 and some change after tax. They seem to be cutting corners in some areas. Staff however was friendly, and as helpful as they could have been.

I placed an $80 order to be delivered! Order was charged taken and driver there to pick up when they decided to cancel my order last minute! So unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention how short staff this place is even when you purchase in door! Horrible place to order from

The food was so good here. I ordered the Thursday deal of the day, which consisted of jalapeno cheddar kielbasa sausage and pulled pork, with a side of green beans and potato salad, pickles, onions and their standard dinner roll. My only critique is that the pulled pork was a little dry, even with the barbecue sauce and just wasn’t tender enough. This location was very clean and together. The staff was very polite. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch here.

I should have read the reviews before ordering..the bbq place that I really wanted, Bear West BBQ, didnt deliver to my location so I tried Dickeys. Never again. There was no utensils with my order which was 2 meats and a side. My side was mac and cheese and it definitely did not taste homemade. The brisket was ok but nothing to write home about.

This is the version of a half pound of brisket. I was going home to fresno and stopped. 20 mins out of my way. To have their food. No Dickeys near fresno. Got a sandwich & 1/2 pound of brisket. This is what I found. Look at the amount of fat left on there. . On top of it being a light 1/2 pound. Could of sworn they are supposed to use scales. Won’t be going back. Don’t like to be ripped off.
