My fries were badly burnt. Sometimes I enjoy a nice crispy fry but these had such intense burnt char taste I couldn’t ignore and they were soggy. I ordered online for delivery, so I’m assuming they give delivery orders their trashed product because we can’t send it back immediately and it saves them time and money. It’s lazy and it’s greedy. Quality matters.

Went in for lunch with my mom. The employees were very friendly. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was so good. I enjoyed the baked potato casserole. My mom got the ribs and fried okra and she loved it! All together the food was great and customer service was amazing they were so friendly. Definitely going again.

I normally love Dickies, especially this location. Tonight was different. We ordered for delivery. They did not give us any of our side dishes. When my wife called them, the guy who answered said, “You didn’t come in and give me money so you have to take it up with corporate.”
They have never been that nasty and rude to us before. I addition, I have included a picture of my extremely sad and disappointing “pulled pork.”

Ordered delivery. When we got our food, the bakers had very little meat. Our drinks were either missing or wrong. I called the restaurant to ask about our drinks since they were an extra $5 each, manager said there was nothing she could do unless we picked it up (not an option) or I could place another order with a note. So, we placed another order and the same thing happened…no Dr. Pepper yellow cup and the tea was sweet (not unsweet). Definitely disappointed in this location. We eat Dickeys in other states often and when they mess up, they do a refund or a discount. Lost almost $20 between the two orders!

The food is usually very good but today it was terrible. The ribs had no bbq flavor. The chopped brisket was almost completely fat. The fried okra was burned (it was black, I can’t believe they served it). And we ordered mashed potatoes with gravy, there was NO gravy. It was expensive and very disappointing.
