I had went here to get some BBQ for my girl on Sunday (who never had American BBQ before) and for our first time coming here the customer service was awesome when we came here Saturday and they had gave us some recommendations that turned out to be amazing!!! Besides the food being great and also filling (I was out not too long after ) it was a great and wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to try out some more options there. Way to go Dickeys!!!

The woman who works at this location needs some customer service training. Each time I have been in to pick up an order, she does not acknowledge me. Orders have been wrong. This time, the fried okra was burnt and fried into a big blob. Totally inedible!

Ordered a brisket combo , brisket good flavor tender , Mac n cheeses really good , atmosphere cool, bbq sauce as excellent sweet n spicy and regular bbq sauce was excellent as well. Great service , friendly and clean.

Just ordered take out.. and the brisket was definitely boiled.. Mac and cheese tastes old. Do not recommend this location at all. I can’t even eat it.

Sandwich was pathetic. There was more bread than meat. Was supposed to be 2 meats on the sandwich but I only saw one and was missing an entire side item, the Asiago spinach dip. Will never order from here again. For 20 bucks???!!!. HARD pass

This review is for the catering and customer service of this location. We cancelled a catering order two days before the order was to be picked up. Spoke with a Jorge (manager) at the location who sent us to corporate to cancel the order. Spoke with corporate to cancel the order and was told the order would be cancelled but need to speak with the owner to receive the refund. These locations are franchised.
After 4 calls with the store and corporate we were told we would have our money refunded the next business day (Monday) well it is now Thursday and no refund issued.
I went into the store just now in person and was given the owner (Pawan) number and was told to call them directly to receive refund. Well phone is off and the mailbox is full.
Now will need to dispute the charge with the bank to get the money back. Thanks for wasting a week of our time Dickey’s. Not sure if your food is good, but now will never give y’all the opportunity to earn my business after this. I hope you don’t treat all your customers like this.

We have not had any success at this location. Ordered a few pounds of meat for a gathering. Went to pick up order and they couldn’t find my online order. After getting home with the order, we were HIGHLY disappointed. I asked for sliced brisket and instead received large chunks of meat that was so hard and dry. It looked like dog food. Then my sliced turkey was so thin it was like lunch meat. We have had a few bad experiences here with the quality of meat. Sorry to say we will not be coming back to this location. 3 strikes and we are done.

Brought the family to eat dinner here for the first time at this location. What a great experience. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was good. The service? Wow! The person behind the counter made the whole dining experience awesome. We owe the whole thing to her. Kudos to the owner for having such good people working for them. She truly is a gem in your company. Give her a raise! She deserves it! Her name, I believe, is Veronica. We will be eating here again.
