Went in the evening when it was dead. Our food took suspiciously long and the cashier assured us our food would be out shortly. We waited 30 minutes and when they bring out food out, I get something I didn’t even order and THE FOOD WAS COLD. Do not eat here the brisket is unseasoned and your food comes out cold! The one is Eastvale is way better.

I had a fantastic experience at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The service was fast, efficient, and full of genuine Southern hospitality. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the delicious barbecue, but for the great service too!

Fantastic BBQ “Fast Food”. Price point is only about $15 per meal, which is great for BBQ. Get in and out quickly. Got the Loaded Baked Potato only 550 calories & the #4 Brisket less than 700 calories. With the green beans and Mac & cheese. The Man at the register was friendly and helpful. Love this spot and this is my Favorite location so far. It was clean. Good quality. Great Service. LOVE IT!

I love Dickeys but the quality is not as good as it used to be. I ordered a giant baker and while i had plenty of meat the cheese and green onion portions were not visible. Too much meat made it dry and the potato was not cooked all the way. I was very disappointed when i got home to eat my food. There were 4 green onions in my potato and u could barely see any cheese
Luckily i had some at home and was able to save my meal. I will think twice before recommending or going back.

Much better experience this time! The cashier (who was the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was ready in a decent amount of time and tasted good. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but I suppose it was a good amount of meat, so maybe I can’t complain. I was super impressed at how kid-friendly the bathroom was, with a little seat to put a baby/toddler in, as well as a stool and potty seat for little ones to use!

I am staying in a hotel on business and eat out every meal. I love Dickeys BBQ. But, I can not recommend this one. I ordered the two meat plate w two sides. Moist beef and reg sausage. Beef was so dried out. (Pics) Sauce heater was not working and more. Dickeys corporate needs a brand standards and quality department. This store would not pass.

First time at this location in Ontario, The location is hidden so keep your eyes open. We entered the restaurant at 7ish, a few people waiting for food. Young man at the counter was fast and respectful food took a little longer then expected but that means its fresh. Clean building will be returning.

The ranch boss is BOMB! The lady working at the register is super friendly, they brought my food to my table, have huge TV’s with sports on most of them, trivia on one. And, she told me there are line dancing lessons here tomorrow night? This place is so good! LOVE IT

I’ve been eating here frequently since it re-opened last November under new ownership. The remodel is amazing , best Dickeys I’ve been too. Same with the food. My favorite is the brisket and the loaded chili cheese fries (the chili has brisket in it!!!) The Mac-stack with pulled pork , the ribs, I love it all!
