Horrible place and food! Definitely not worth the money, no flavor. Ordered chicken, they were out, gave me turkey. Ordered bake potato, gave me mashed potatoes with some weird toppings on it. Ordered fries and idk what they gave me they looked dead and greasy. Ordered chili dog, no chili came on it, come to find out you add the chili for a $1 more. Maybe you shouldn’t advertise it as a chili dog. Quality and quantity of food horrible! One cashier kept saying they were out of things and the other one was saying again why does this keep happening. Maybe you need new management. The order said it would be ready by 5:45 they had us waiting until 6:25. This place is a joke. We need to be refunded for this! Please don’t waste your money here!

First time in years, walked in read signs for ‘order here’ & employee told me to order at pick up side(no big deal) ordered(another customer there waiting for their order,which seems like they got it wrong), he asked if I want bbq on the side, I said nah, He asked if I wanted onions, pickles & cheese I said yes, he walked my food and asked again if I wanted Bbq sauce I said is it dry? He said no than I said nah. Well it was plan. I got charged for cheese I didn’t get. On my work lunch, so I couldn’t go back.

I can’t say enough good things about Dickey’s Barbecue Pit! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy being there, and that positive energy really adds to the experience. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive—exactly what you’d hope for in a great dining experience.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and you could tell they take pride in the quality of their barbecue. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on both amazing service and incredible food, but Dickey’s does just that.
I highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving authentic barbecue. This place gets a solid 5/5 from me—I’ll definitely be back!

All of our orders were wrong we ordered for 4 people, the meat was dry and no flavor, the boneless wings are what you get from Costco, we are also missing drinks from our order as well and we can not get a hold of anyone. Also the portions are NOT worth the money!! WE WILL NOT be ordering from here again I am very disappointed.

Spent $80.00 on just Brisket, fat end only, and chicken, that’s it. The brisket was seasoned well and slightly overcooked but it was just the quality of the meat, super chewy and not enjoyable at all. I am very familiar with brisket and the preparations of it, this is not a cooking issue it is a quality issue. The chicken on the other hand waaaay overdone, dry but seasoned well, texture on some was ok but overall very dry, this was a preparation issue. Have been coming here off and on for years and this is the worst experience ever, as far as food goes. Staff is always pretty mediocre, not bad just present.

I used to love to go here but I have gotten tired of them never having chicken or turkey. They know it is a big seller and they never have enough. The pulledpork is boring and the brisket is greasy so I only order the chicken or turkey. Not worth the pirces any more

Have not been, since I drove 25 miles for a veterans meal,and was told I needed to order it online. Thought things might have changed, so tried again. Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, beans and slaw. The checkout person asked would I like to purchase bbq sauce.
WHAT….bbq restraunt that sells their very own bbq sauce to go with whatever meat you order. I can now understand why this chain is going under. Raise the price on other items, but selling bbq sauce to splash on the meat you sell……absolutely insane.

Went to Dickeys on a whim because we were in the area. The employees were friendly enough, but the food was horrible. The meat was cold and mostly fatty, the potato salad was frozen. They were out of most things we tried to order. We accidentally went on a kids eat free night, and even with that still spend $40 on gross food and tiny portions. Will not be back.
