Just received my order on Doordash and I couldn’t be more disappointed. My order was for a 2 meat plate $18.25 and a 3 meat plate $20.75. I received exactly 6 slices of the polish sausage, and two ribs and a little baby rib. I got 4.5 oz container of coleslaw, my okra was not in the order at all, and the wrong BBQ sauce. The 3 meat plate had four slices of sausage, roughly a 1/2 cup of pulled pork, and two slices of the chicken breast. Again received a 4.5 oz cup of coleslaw and missing the BBQ beans. Also had an extra add on for a slice of cheese didn’t get put on. All the meat was cold, the BBQ sauce was warm than the meat.

I’m sorry to report this place has gone downhill. The brisket was so greasy I wouldn’t eat it. The sausage was obviously old. And the casserole was dry. My daughter loves ribs and would not eat hers

The brisket was fatty and very greasy, sides were good. The seating is shabby looking. Need upholstery done. Looks matter. The ice cream machine was nasty, we passed on dessert. The trash area was totally disgusting. Grease seeping out of door onto floor and the wooden cabinet hasn’t been cleaned in months. I worked in food service for 40 yrs, so I know how it should be. Will not return. Employees standing around doing nothing when could have been cleaning. Restaurants should be spotless.

What are your dine in hours? I got there to pickup my order from Door Dash around 7:40pm and the chairs were already put away, nobody greeted me when I walked up to the counter. When they finally addressed me they told me my order wasn’t ready and it was past my promised pick up time, there was 1 car in the drive thru and myself there. When I got my order and got back to my car it looked like they locked the door behind me. It was not a very welcoming experience, the food was decent though and everything in my order was there and correct.

Employees were not at all busy. We were the only ones there. Every table, but two, were dirty. Never asked if we needed anything. Had to try to figure out where to get silverware. They made it seem like we were interrupting them. Won’t be back.

Ordered delivery online, forgot to add hotel room number so I called Dickeys. The guy who answered told me he didn’t have enough employees to do delivery, so I asked if I could come and pick it up. He said yes, but there was one issue, no nacho sausage, he could give us a substitute, which we accepted. So I asked about the kids’ meal we had ordered, and he said, “Oh yeah, we can’t do that either. We ended up canceling the kids’ meals. He told us to come through the drive-through to pick up our food. Ok, we head out, and about halfway there I get a text saying our order had been picked up and was headed our way. Mind you, I ordered on their site. We get there, and the guy tells us they are closed early, and he gave the food to the lady who came through. I asked him about the substitutions, and he said he just did what the order said and refunded us for the kids’ meal. Which was correct.

Went to have a family meal (2 adults 1 kid ) was told they no longer offered free kids meal on Sunday. Then say a post on FB from local location advertising free kids meal on Sunday. The pulled pork was 50 fat and waited 30 min for an order of green beans. We were all done before I finally walked over and asked for them. If there was a lot of ppl I could see but we where the only ppl in the dinning room. Also it took almost 10 min to get our food. I know it’s not fast food but when it first opened it would take a total of 3 min to get food and pay now I have to watch them scoop the Mac and cheese so slow its solid when it comes out of the disher.
