They just can’t seem to get it right it’s a bbq place so there’s supposed to be bbq sauce I even paid for extra sauce and didn’t get it. I know I ordered it on door dash but that doesn’t mean they should slack in the order just kinda grinds my gears. You know you pay for something you should get it. Why you guys so stingy with the sause.

Updating my review, just got back, I don’t go there often because it’s very expensive nowadays to go out also I’m good cook so, there’s that. But tonight,I had a pleasant interaction with the girl that was working. Due to the increasing tipping craze I see everywhere. I boycott it unless a situation somehow makes an impression. I don’t sneak off like some people do and pretend to, I respectfully proclaim “I prefer not to tip”. This evening The girl at the register explain how to bypass the tip segment if using a credit card. She was pleasant even after I explained my practice. Observing that I was on a motorcycle; commented that’s okay, just be safe out there. What a nice retort, I’ll be going back when I have a second to say thank you and to leave proper gratuity. Well done Dickeys…p.s. ribs were awesome as always.

Picked up a pound of brisket, potato salad and bbq sauce. Requested the fatty parts of the brisket because that is where all the flavor is!! 😀 Lol! And, I must say, the brisket was YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got the regular bbq sauce and it was delicious too. Oh, we also picked up a couple of their pecan pies which were quite good. The inside of the restaurant is pretty big/spacious. The restroom was nice and clean. That in itself tells me that they really care about hygiene. The workers were friendly and professional and were totally accommodating (the worker let me see all of the side dishes so that I could make a better-informed decision before choosing. Lol!). Thanks for lifting all of the heavy metal lids for me. Much appreciated!! Will be back again for sure. Take care!!

This was my first time stopping in and am very glad I went and tried it! Walked in up to the counter and ordered from the menu, was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to offer suggestions/advice. I ordered the Westerner meal with brisket and pulled pork, side of green beans on a hoagie roll. I opted for the mild barbecue sauce, I think it would have been plain without the sauce, but I liked being able to put the amount I wanted on the sandwich. It also came with a fountain drink. I took it to go, but did note the comfortable, casual atmosphere with plenty of seating and would like to dine in next time with friends or family. There was a soft serve ice cream machine next to the self serve drink machine. The sandwich had plenty of meat on it and was delicious! The green beans were okay, might try something different next time.

Delicious bbq. Runs about 20.00/ meal, but plenty in one meal for two. You will really be stuffed if eat a whole potato yourself.

I’m not typically one to leave a bad review, but I was severely let down by the expectations I had because of prior (years ago) experiences here. I ordered the Dickey Dog which stated: “choice of sausage, cooked onions, cheese, and mustard on a hoagie roll”. When it came out I tell you my jaw nearly dropped. It was basically akin to, and at the level of, a gas station hot dog. First of all it didn’t come with the mentioned mustard, then the cheese was just sprinkled and cold and the onions, which said in the description they were “cooked” were in huge chunks and very clearly raw and cold. I only had a few bites before I just stuck to eating my fries. I will mention, however, that my husband had the brisket and chicken sandwich and said it was good. Just upset I paid $15 for a gas station hot dog.

After my local Dickeys has been going downhill, I was so excited to see this location was in stock of all the menu items, had friendly employees, and the soft serve machine was in place! So nice to experience a Dickeys the way it should be.

When I went there there was nobody there. As far as customers it was late and I just ran in to get a takeout order and I was very shocked because the prices have definitely gone up just like everything else has. But it was good. I was surprised that usually the portions were bigger. But I guess with all in all there’s that downsizing and upsizing on the price but the food was good. I just got turkey to go and some coleslaw. As far as the atmosphere, it’s very casual you go up to the counter. You order your food. You get your food. You go sit down
