Ordered $60 worth of food for pick up. When the food arrived at home, the Loaded chili cheese fries were NOT loaded with any thing! Zero cheese on COLD waffle fries. Some meat mixed with stale chili powder dumped on top of the cold fries. Nothing else. Zero BBQ sauce in the whole order. Green beans with Bacon, Zero bacon. Cold dry chicken again with out BBQ sauce to moisten. My husband did enjoy his brisket, with ZERO BBQ sauce. I emailed the Marana on Thornydale location, left a voicemail with no return email or call. I emailed corporate with no response. Shows how much Dickie BBQ cares! If I could I would have given them a “LOADED” zero star I would have. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a fantastic experience at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The service was fast, efficient, and full of genuine Southern hospitality. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the delicious barbecue, but for the great service too!

I ordered food to eat in. The lady at the front was older and not friendly whatsoever. They were out of sausages so I got brisket and 2 pull pork sandwiches. The sandwiches weren’t too bad, however the brisket was dry as can be and uninspiring. I won’t be back

My son and I went to Dickey’s on thornydale in Tucson. The place was empty when we arrived. There were two people working the counter. The one taking the order and preparing the meat portion and the second getting the sides and handling the register. To begin with, the one taking the orders did not know the menu because he left the cheese off of the sandwich. My son ordered and when we asked questions prior to ordering he couldn’t answer some of the questions. The person handling besides and the register also did not know the menu and could not answer simple questions. Just stared back with this deer caught in a headlights Look on his face. When we finally got our food and went to sit down, every table in the place was greasy and dirty and sticky. When we went to get the sauce the containers that the sauce was in look like they hadn’t been changed out in a week or two. The lid the ladle everything was sticky and disgusting. Now granted we haven’t been to Dickey’s in a while, but I certainly never expected it to be such a huge disappointment. It used to be our favorite place to go. Now, I will never step foot in Dickies again. The ribs were dry and too salty and the sides you could tell came out of a cardboard container and we’re not homemade.Yuck! The place was filthy and the service sucked! Sincerely, disappointed ☹️

I drove over 30 minutes to try this restaurant because I really wanted to try their brisket and their ribs. I was very disappointed. The seasoning on the ribs and the brisket was so salty. I couldn’t even eat it because it didn’t taste like anything other than salt. The food was very dry, and I found plastic in my pulled pork that I also ordered. The only thing that was decent was the Mac and cheese and the beans. Besides that I also ordered a to go order and didn’t receive any utensils or napkins which just doesn’t make sense because how am I supposed to eat it, with my hands?

The food was fresh, and tasted amazing as always. If you have never been to Dickeys, I would highly recommend checking them out.
I prefer the 2 meat plate which cost around $13 offering two meat types, two sides, and your choice of bread.
This location offered quick service with no wait. The staff was friendly and seemed to care about the customers. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy.

Came here sight unseen, didn’t read reviews. Very dead, I was the only customer the whole time. Got the 3 meat “sample” plate for $20, very small portions. All Good flavor, can’t complain. Next time I’ll skip the sides and just buy the BBQ by the pound, don’t waste your money on sides.

The staff is friendly, and you can smell the wood burning and smoke they use for the barbecue. The brisket and pork were really good as were the sides. Country music playing inside. Only problem was I did t know if they were open because of the reflective screening on the windows but I was pleased to try them the first time and I will be back
