SO disappointed and will NOT be returning. Folks, I usually only ever leave reviews if they’re positive and don’t like spreading negativity. So when I tell you that these people today screwed our order, it was BAD. The young bearded man behind the counter had serious roid-rage vibes from the moment we walked in. Dunno where that type of aggression comes from, but it should be seen to. The most insulting part though was ordering a full rack of ribs and watching the kid behind the counter literally, and intentionally give us less ribbs than we paid for. As for the rest I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, except to add that it was a shameful soggy amount of fries, and I felt robbed by way of quantity for dollar. I’ve been going to this place on and off since they opened years ago, and I have ALWAYS loved eating the BBQ with my family, but we will NOT be going back.

First time ever eating at Dickey’s. I and my family really love the food here. The Ribs are outstanding! Brisket and Turkey were great as well. We visited at around 7 pm so they ran out of the back end parts of the pulled pork and brisket.
The man who prepared our orders was super nice and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the meats.
Prices were little expensive but worth it!
Original BBQ sauce was just right and really good! Sweet BBQ sauce was too tangy for me. Spicy was good (not recommend if you cannot deal with spicy foods).

NEVER a bad place to satisfy the BBQ cravings. Always a friendly staff, clean and almost homey in a re-vamped Burger King.
While not on the menu anymore, if you ask nice and are lucky enough to have one of the more experienced staff, Brisket Frito Pie will have you believing you are in Texas itself.
We have enjoyed Dickey’s for years during Texas adventures. Having one in Benson is AMAZING and worth the drive. We don’t get there often but anytime we can find a reason to head east we try to plan lunch or early dinner as a Dickey’s stop.
Brisket, Smoked Pork, can’t be beat. They now have macaroni stacks (meat of your choice on their excellent macaroni) on purpose.

We are Texans that now travel all around the country in an RV full-time. We just spent the last 3 months way up in the mountains of Colorado and were missing some good Texas style BBQ. When I told my husband that I’d found there was a Dickey’s in Benson, he lit up. We couldn’t get there fast enough! The food was excellent. I had the 1/2 rack of pork ribs/plate. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich combo. Everything was so good, just like home. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. If ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!

I was visiting town and called in for a pick up order here. I was fortunate to meet one of the owners, and she was very nice. I’m in an RV, and she shared with me that they had the lot done so it would be Semi Truck and RV friendly. She let me know that their lot is open to overnight visitors, which I felt was a very nice touch. I ordered the three meat plate with ribs, brisket, and burnt ends. It was a delicious assortment of perfectly cooked meat, and the sides were yummy. I’m not a big corn bread fan, but their corn bread muffins were tender and tasty. I loved everything about this place.

Restaurant empty, total customer us included 4, but yet it was not clean. All baby chairs straps was broken, and really dirty. Table top had stains that was dry and never clean. It’s not like the restaurant was rushed by clients and staff didnt has time to clean.
Food was ready in 3 minutes, that sounds great, but I would not mind to have waited 10 and get something made with a bit more love and more tasty. An oily bread, filled up with dry and tasteless brisket. I add some moisture on my burger with the 3 sauce standing in between old ducktape and previous customers crust and stains.
My water was more crunchy than the french fries. Probably been thrown into the oil bath still frozen. Barely warm.
Fast food, doesn’t have to be nasty and tasteless. You could be a slightly slower fast food, use some elbow grease to keep it pristine and care about what you feed people who visit you.
In tucson you can get grass fed beef burger with twice more food and people who care in a clean and feel good restaurant for 8 dollars less.

1st time visiting this BBQ chain. Excellent meats! I got the Westerner with Turkey and Burnt Pork Ends on a toasted hogie.
Due to the two helpful and super friendly guys behind the counter I was able to taste several of the proteins…they all just melt in your mouth.
Sweet tea is tasty too.
I visited the location in Benson, Arizona on 5/15/2022.

Everything was so delicious and pretty decently priced. Jacob was awesome and even gave us a few samples to help us decide. Overall, a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to get back here.
I asked my wife if I should add anything and she replied, “Amazing”. I’m pretty sure she liked it.

My first meal when I arrived in Benson over 5 months ago was at this Dickey’s location and the most notable aspect of my experience beyond how delicious the BBQ is prepared was the superb food server Brittany! Her skills and outstanding customer service far exceeds the norm and I’m certain brings the regulars back. Every establishment needs a Brittany to turbo charge a great product like Dickey’s BBQ!
