I ordered online and picked up so I can’t say for certain how good service or atmosphere was. I ordered a chili dog, chili cheese fries, and a build your own smoke stack with fries, pulled pork, and bacon.
The chili dog is about 1/3 of a polis sausage between toasted sandwich bread. It came with onions, which I didnt order but didn’t hate, and the chili came separate which I thought was odd. The chili is very very liquidy and makes the bread very soggy, and had so much green onion that it’s almost all I tasted. I decided not to use the chili on the cheese fries just because it’s personally not for me, it’s a very thin watery kind of chili and I definitely prefer the thicker, meat and/or bean chilis.
The smoke stack was by far the best thing I had. For $10 you get a load of food and it’s really customizable. The pulled pork was delicious and tasted good with the barbecue sauce.
The only downside to both the fry parts of the meal is that they were kind of soggy and tasted undercooked, kind of like they went from frozen to a microwave to be warmed, not a single crisp fry here. It was a very weird experience considering how expensive it was, and I definitely would stick to the meats rather than any of the fried food. Chili will also be a no-go for me.

Ordered a dicky dog combo online which says sausage, grilled onions, cheese and mustard. This is what I got. Not worth driving back 20 miles total. See photos. Plain sausage. Premium price tho. If I wanted just sausage link I would have ordered that. Do better.

We spent $88 on a 12 pound smoked turkey from this place. We have ordered smoked turkeys from Dickey’s in the past which were actually cooked and prepared by the restaurant. This time they just threw a smoke flavored butterball in a tray with a bag. Safeway has the same turkey for around $30. We basically paid an extra $50 for an aluminum pan and a plastic bag. To make things worse, the old woman that gave me the turkey was extremely rude. I will demand my money back and never go back to Dickey’s.

I tried this place for the first time and I was not impressed. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and two different sausages. The pulled pork was very dry. Like dryer than pulled chicken breast with no flavor. The bun had a weird chemical taste to it. The polish sausage was good just. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was less than room temperature so the cheese was not melted. In my opinion if you can’t get pulled pork right then nothing else on your menu is worth trying. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant was nice.

Ordered from the Dickey’s Goodyear AZ location. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!While the order was delivered super fast the food was absolutely horrible. Green beans had so many stems they were inedible. Backed beans weren’t cooked enough and had hard beans throughout. Western sandwich did not include onions or pickles that we asked to be added. Pulled pork sandwich was cold. We got one type of BBQ sauce when we asked for two different types. Finally the fried okra…..I ordered a large order, which we received, but it was two huge rock like clumps and about 7 single pieces. Today we received did free delivery but still spent over $55 for food that for was the most part inedible, and cold, not correct!!!

Ordered the 2 meat plate with the pulled pork + beef brisket. My dad ordered the 3 meat plate and we both got mac n cheese as a side. I also got fries and he got beans. We were given pretty large cups, apparently it’s their 80th anniversary. The total was about $44, which was surprising because of how small the portions were; the meats were very good, but they came smaller than I expected. I was going to give 5 stars but with how the portions were and how much it cost… it didn’t seem like they corresponded well. The restaurant did have a nice, cozy atmosphere though! It gave me very southern and home feelings, and I enjoyed the decorations. Overall, nice place with nice food but seemed expensive for what we were given portion-wise.

Sadly I feel like this once really nice and well ran location will be shutting down shop in the next year or less. It’s been a steady downhill experience for awhile now. I still go occasionally because the food is pretty decent (when they aren’t out of any particular item… This particular day their frier wasnt working so i couldn’t get fries). See pics for reference. No store manager posted on the front door.
The counter which used to be full with an ice cream machine, sauce bar and the soda machine has been downgraded to a basic unit going from several options to just a few.

If Dickeys plan ISNT to. Lose this location.. they’ll need to step their game up. If their plan IS to let this location dwindle away… they’re on the right track!

i ate at dickies prior in scottsdale i did have a unfortunate event on 11/03/2025 where i paid almost 50 dollars for some food and when i entered there was not a single person inside customer wise i said to my gf should we go somewhere else or eat here i asked the gentleman at counter if the food is fresh and good he said um yeah it is i sat down and had a bite or brisket and a little piece of the rib two fries and two okras which was over seasoned and over salted i did get home almost 8ish and a rock hit me n my girls stomach which we were both stuck on the toilet and she had to go back in the toilet during our shower even then she even felt sick and threw up i called the store right away and explained an talked to many three different people to get somewhere and the manager wanted to tell me o it’s fine the food was fine maybe it was something else we ate at home that day and our kids weren’t sick but something there made us sick and wanted to only offer a part of refund even afterwards i stated i can bring you back the food so corporate doesn’t want to handle the responsibility of refunding due to having issues but that will be the last time i go to that store i will be updating with photos texts and info so if you go there and try the food and get sick they won’t even offer a full refund sucks but i have to do my due diligence to make sure this doesn’t take place again

Came in for a lunch to go order on Sunday afternoon. Staff was friendly. baker potato with brisket was good. Kids meal with turkey was good. Kids meal with brisket was good. The Cesar salad was disaster. We were not given any Cesar dressing and the romaine lettuce is wilted and gross. I can’t believe someone put this salad together thinking it was okay? Unfortunately I didn’t discover this mess until I made it back home after a 15 minute drive. Spent $7 on a salad that I can’t even enjoy let alone eat.
It’s not rocket science making sure your ingredients are quality and including key condiments.
