We should have taken a cue from both the worn down sign & worn out vehicle wrap that the meal was going to be terrible. The 5 TV menus up top were turned off. The menu was a piece of paper taped to the counter. My potato was cold and meat was cold and sparse on top. The “sweet” sauce had a maple syrup flavor that was so gross. My husband didn’t believe me when I said it tasted like syrup. Blah. Prob won’t ever be back.

Because who doesn’t like steamed brisket? Briskets smells bad, is grey colored, and taste dry and chewy. It tastes like it past its expiration date. $50 bucks for this?! And they charge for to-go sauce and only give you one for 1.5lbs of meat? This is one of the worst Dickeys I’ve ever been to. Save your money and go to Caldwells BBQ.

Normally we really enjoy Dickies but, this is the worst location I have visited. Baked potato had been sitting forever. Wasn’t good. Pulled pork sandwich with the least amount of meat I have ever got on a sandwich at Dickies. They have hand cut fries on the menu but they brought out waffke fries. Normally when I go to Dickies the bun is buttered and toasted. Not this time.

The sausage was good, chicken was good, but the brisket tasted like it was boiled. It had no bark whatsoever, had to dip it in ranch to eat it #gross – besides that the BLONDE manager lady was so rude and was horrible to another customer, she yelled at him because he didn’t speak much english. My family and I love dickeys BBQ we’ve been to many different locations in CA and Texas and never have we been to one this bad. We walked in and none of the menu signs are on, you view the menu by reading paper menus that are tapped up. It looks very trashy. They also don’t offer ice cream at this location which is a huge bummer because that’s so much fun especially when you have kids. But all that aside we still were hoping for great food and service. Neither of those were the case. The cashier was unfriendly and rude. The restaurant was empty and that really should’ve been our red flag to just turn around and leave. We ended up spending $50 and most of our food went into the trash! It was disgusting. We ordered ribs that looked similar to charcoal briquettes. My bacon in the green beans looked like wet cat food and the amount of fat and questionable pieces of meat on our plates was scary. Oh and the soda machine was down so there was only tea to wash down this questionable food. The employees weren’t good at providing good food or service but they were very good at stacking cups in the back.

Picked up a 2 meat plate today, chicken and sliced brisket with mashed potatoes and fried okra. The chicken and mashed potatoes were literally grey and the brisket was so nasty I couldn’t eat it. The only thing edible on the plate was the fried okra. I threw everything out after a few bites. Waste of $20.

This place should be shut down. Received burnt rib bones with no meat. Dried and tough brisket. Texas toast that wasn’t cooked, just warmed. Worst $32 ever spent. Disgusting and a complete rip off. Zero stars if I could.

Can’t speak for interior atmosphere, my wife went out to order and pick up 12 sandwiches for wild card ball game event at my house.
I don’t even think they actually cook, probably use microwave to warm up the food! 12 pull pork sandwiches are dried, the meat itself is drier than the desert!

Got take out, food had flavor but was a bit dry. Loved the sweet barbecue sauce with the chicken! Baked potatoes definitely tasted like instant potatoes

Friendly staff but we were unable to enjoy our lunch. The cheddar jalapeño kielbasa looked terrible and the chicken was pink and looked awful. We will not be back.
