Came here for the first time a couple days ago and was NOT disappointed!
The entire crew were so welcoming and very helpful when it came to figuring out what I should order. Even with what looked like only 3 people behind the counter, my food came out both fast and fresh! I will definitely be back! 🙂

Meet was cold, no Bbq smoke flavor and No soft serve. Your new changes suck, you can’t even smell the BBQ smoke like you use to a couple years ago before you did away with your real wood BBQ smokers. I’ll just keep going to Rudy’s. You use to have them beat but since you’re changes they are way better and have stolen most of your Old customers.

I placed an order on Monday around 6:00 PM. It was around $70 bucks, thought nothing of it until I came to pick it up and noticed it was just 1 worker handling a bunch of orders! I had asked him if he was by himself and he answered that he was! “Mondays through Wednesday I’m by myself until close” I wanted to ask him more questions but he was very busy and was running around the place with other people waiting on him. After he made my order and double-checked that everything was inside, he handed my food. Very kind and helpful! 5 stars.

So this was about as terrible an experience in customer service order fulfillment timing and resolution as possible. We ordered for delivery (uber-eats) for a party of 5 with a total over $116. The restaurant got the order wrong they were out of root beer – instead of substituting refunding the $4 plus dollars per drink they just wrote out on receipt. The BBQ restaurant failed to include BBQ sauce with the order of BBQ. We ordered at 5:40 said to arrive at 6:15 we FINALLY received our delivery at 7:15. We contacted the restaurant they blamed Uber Eats and said it wasn’t their problem and they weren’t responsible for anything such as the missing food items. Uber Eats credited us $2 for the $12 worth of missing drinks. This was the second time Dickeys has really screwed up our dinner. This happened on a Tuesday night. No reason for issues or lack of customer service. Dickeys has lost our business. Caldwells is getting all our business for now on. Professionalism goes along way.

Been a while since I’ve written a detailed review. This experience definitely warrants a review based on my poor experience. To start Dickeys has discontinued both items that I’ve previously ordered and enjoyed. Not this locations fault but thought I’d mention it in the event someone hasn’t been to Dickeys in a while. You might want to check if they still sell your favorites.
I ordered the one meat plate that came with one meat of choice, and 2 sides. I chose sliced brisket, fries. And coleslaw. The “Pit Boss” made a half hearted attempt at small talk but other than that the atmosphere was dull. The food was okay but I walked out of this restaurant hungry after spending almost $22 for the one plate and a drink. I am thoroughly unimpressed and Dickey should be embarrassed to say he is from Texas and letting his chain stores let a grown man out the door hungry after spending $22. If it’s the fault of this particular location, shame on them and I will not be back…
I also added a photo of what I received (yes I took a bite of one fry as I sat down) versus what the plate looks like on the advertisement.
As an answer to the “owner” that responded to my review… after I wrote my review I scrolled through your previous reviews. I find that you don’t actually take these reviews seriously as there were more than one recent reviews with complaints about portion size. So.. you ought to be ashamed of yourself for offering meager service, and continuing to serve customers less than what they’ve paid for. Shame shame shame on you,… I can eat a steak dinner down the street from you at a popular sit down restaurant and be served for the same price you charge for what amounts to a child’s portion.
Stay away from this location is my final opinion, there are far better options with happy employees that serve what you’ve paid for elsewhere.

Gotta tell ya! Visited my local Dickeys to take advantage of the buy one get one free Baker Potato deal…This Potato is huge! I chose the chopped Beef Brisket with bacon, cheese, sour cream, green onions, It was sooooo good, add a little sweet bbq sauce on top and OMG Yum! Amber prepared my Potato and I was able to request whichever toppings I wanted or didn’t want. She was so friendly, the restaurant was very clean, I will definitely keep coming to this location. Try it! You will be happy you did!

AMAZING FOOD GREAT SERVICE! Nothing beats a great lunch spot when they are ready to assist you in ordering and offering up the specials. Yes that’s right. The brisket was perfect with an abundance of mounded meat on a soft but lightly toasted bun. The fries were the homemade style cooked perfectly. My food was warm and service was prompt! Yeah, I’m bragging but they deserve it. Great food, good service!

Totally forgot to get the name, but I went here for the first time and this girl helped me out, I got a brisket sandwich with sweet bbq , and omg , the service, the portions, the food, the quality. Everything was beyond my expectations. 10/10 lifetime customer .
