Cashier said Pit Boss. We waited for almost 45 minutes for our food. Once the food came out, lady gave our food to the third person that was next. People touched our the food so Pit Boss came and took our food from them realizing she gave food to wrong people. Said sorry and that was it. I ordered a Mac and cheese in hopes she would not charge me, but she said nope I’m still charging youths 7.49. Worst customer service ever. Won’t come back here, after being here plenty of times, first time seeing her here. I’d give zero stars if I could on customer service. Food was good.

Absolutely phenomenal ribs! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with the perfect balance of smoky flavor and seasoning. You can tell they’re slow-smoked the right way—juicy on the inside with just the right bark on the outside. The sauce was delicious but honestly didn’t even need it because the meat was that good. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything was fresh and hot. If you’re going to Dickey’s, the ribs are a must-order. I’ll definitely be back! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered 3 meat plate and sandwich combo. Out of everything. Had pork turkey and sausage, no ribs,no brisket.Sides same, out also. Had beans and casserole. No fries or okra,, fryer not working.. Big yellow cup with sandwich combo. Out of cups, no napkins, dirty, only one in there. The pork sandwich was 1/2 fat that had to throw out, was so greasy and salty the bun was old. Casserole so salty couldn’t eat. Seniors no discount given and receipt not received, in bag.it wasn’t. Had a 25.00 gift card paid 15.??? The difference for 2 seniors expensive for what we received and not able to eat. Years since went there for same bad experience we received gift card otherwise never would have gone. Not picky, but expect much better for the cost. Curios aa to why they were open!!

Worst place to spend your hard earned money. Orders are never correct especially if you order through an app. Always has some kind of excuse be it a truck didn’t come or staff shortages. Management never owns responsibility for missing items or poor quality. This place should be banned from doing business in the state of Arizona as clearly they are a fraudulent company that takes peoples money then only half fulfills orders. They figure if you ordered it you won’t come in or call to complain and not only that, whatever app you used will warranty a refund. Absolute fraud business. Don’t spend your money at this establishment.

I went in at 8:30pm ordered 6piece boneless wings and brisket sandwich both meals. And when I got home my daughter realized that the chicken was not cooked all the way. She took only 1 bit before she notice. I tried calling right the. It was 8:50 but no answer. I want someone to contact me asap!!!!

I have been to this place twice, once when it was new and was not impressed. Tried it the 2nd time and it was worse. In reading the reviews it must be hit or miss thing. Edible, not nasty. In another year or 2 I might try it again just because I’m in the area. I have heard Dickeys is great in other locations.

The brisket was fantastic! The pulled pork was a little dry but had good flavor. The ribs were okay just a lot of bone and not much meat but that’s obviously not their fault. Pretty good overall.

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I ordered via Uber eats and was still very impressed at quality. My only suggestions would be to put the fries in something more sustainable and increase portion sizes because everything was excellent.

Absolutely disgusting fries were cold and hard the pulled pork was dry and chewy. Spent over $100 on 8 sandwiches and 4 side sandwiches were nasty and side were so tiny barely enough for 1 of my children. Completely regret ordering from here
