One was shoved in a paper bag and the rest were in a nasty opened plastic bag?? That makes zero sense.
The first time I called and asked about this. They told me there was nothing they could do, and they couldn’t tell me how it happened. So how could it happen twice??? SECOND time I called no one picked up. Then the phone was picked up and set back down to hang up on me. I’m genuinely so confused as to what the thought process was here. And what drugs are they taking behind the counter.
We’ve also come in person. And had a very rude women with purple hair, mid to late 40s, slammed the window open and say “what do you want” when we were quite kind to her. As a ex fast food worker myself, I’d never do any of this.
Y’all need to shape up cuz this is CRAZY.
And the free soft serve ice cream for eating in sold me! Don’t ever get rid of that! I’m bringing the whole family next time and that’s how I’m getting the kids hyped up to go!
Oh and on a side note, coming from Spokane, this trip made me want to move to Idaho so much more than I could have ever expected.
I’m more than willing to pay good money for good BBQ, but at these prices, you’d expect something that at least resembles what you ordered. Instead, I’m left staring at my plate, disappointed, while my wife gets to enjoy yet another “I told you so” victory lap.
At this point, is it too much to ask for a Longhorn BBQ to finally make its way to North Idaho? Because CDA deserves better, and honestly, so do paying customers.
The brisket was not sliced properly. It was a pile of meat and fat. This is the 4th time we tried them. We are from Texas and expect better from the ONLY BBQ in town.
ALMOST $100 for a meal. NEVER AGAIN- and corporate headquarters is being contacted. This is VERY disappointing!!!
My husband had told me that this place was amazing and couldn’t wait for me to try it. When we finally got there, I saw 3 employees who were so ready to go home for the day but still had a few hours to go. We took our order to go.
What we got was nothing like my husbands descriptions. I basically just ate the bread because the meat was just bad quality, crumbs from the day.
I wanna come back and give them a 2nd chance because my husband really likes this place, and maybe I just had bad luck.
I do not agree that they should be open if all they can provide 3 hours before closing is dried meat crumbs.
At least give a discount, instead of charging us for something that wasn’t their normal quality.
