Service is good, food is okay. I would’ve preferred for the cheese to be melted on my spud, as I don’t like cold cheese; I ended up removing the cheese. Portions are huge! Good enough to share. Establishment is clean and friendly.

Went into Dickeys today on Constitution and Marksheffle and let me say I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the food..This was my first time having them and I’ve heard pretty good reviews about them and wanted to try them..The service was great and the place was clean so I automatically thought the food was good be the same..I ordered the 2 for $29 whiz I thought was a good deal..I ordered the ribs, sliced brisket, pulled pork, and the cheddar sausage..with Mac and cheese, potato salad, and fried okra for sides..ALL OF THE MEATS were very dry..like they’ve just been sitting out or just been in the smoker too long..I couldn’t swallow the rib..I wish I was over exaggerating but I’m not..The best thing they had was the potato salad and their okra..I’m very disappointed in the food I received..I would think it would’ve been somewhat good on the count I went there about 1:30 in the afternoon

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The food on the other hand was just ok. $18.25 for a 2 plate meal with 2 sides. The menu online was not accurate. I really wanted the beef ribs or brisket burnt ends which they did not have. I settled for the chicken which was tender, but bland. The beef brisket was tender and good, but all the sides and bread was blah.

Just wanted to say the service and food was excellent tonight. Your team: Zeke, Adrian and Megan were helpful and friendly. They made sure we were happy with everything and gave us some great suggestions on the menu. I enjoyed the smoked chicken sandwich and Mac & cheese. Looking forward to visiting more now.

Friendly and accommodating. Never had Dickies before and staff helped me in deciding what was best for a good price. Will definitely be back. I had the rib meal with 2 sides. The green beans and mac and cheese was very good

Looked on the menu online to decide what I wanted to eat when I ordered it in the restaurant they overcharged me and said “we don’t have a button for that on our register ‘anymore’- order online it’s cheaper.”
Not my fault they don’t have a button on their register and would not override the price. Sometimes you’ve got to think outside the box. In addition food was cold – cheese on top wouldn’t even kind of melt .

This Dickey’s BBQ location met my expectations. I didn’t feel like cooking and had not eaten at a Dickey’s in approximately 7 years. I decided to order quite a few items to sample the menu. The meats I recommend are the ribs and kielbasa sausage; I wasn’t very impressed with the brisket or burnt ends. The cabbage slaw, beans and macaroni and cheese were good sides. Overall, this is not award-winning barbecue but it will definitely fill your barbecue fix if that’s what you’re craving. The staff at this location were exceptional, they were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely eat at this Dickey’s again, I will only order the ribs and sausage, and the cabbage slaw, beans and macaroni and cheese sides.

Ehhh. I have no idea what meat the turkey actually is, I think it’s whatever they put inside lunchables. Not one meat here is actually smoked. The “Texas Toast” was a small dinner roll and the best part was the mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. Rudy’s is 1000x better.

Order a catering order to be delivered. Got a call 5 minutes before the time it was going to arrive stating they cant make it . Then I said I’ll pick it up and it was just going to be a little bit longer so for 1 pm to 1:15 p.m now over an hour later after 2 and still sitting waiting for our order . We’ll over 800 spent for late food and not the right amount of food . Been 2nd time the order got messed up .
