Not really pleased. I picked dickys up for my clients. I ordered online. When I got back to their house and started cutting up the baked potato for my client, I noticed the end was rotten. I called dickys and all they could say was they’re sorry. My clients paid for their food to be fresh, not rotten. I would’ve liked for my client to receive a refund for her baked potato that was 1/4 rotten but all I received was a sorry.

Went here thinking it was wing boss, turns out the wings were phenomenal. We came here for a bite to eat after our flight into Denver from Seattle. The customer service was stellar and the manager even came out and inquired on how the food was. If you are looking for some great wings come here and try the Buffalo and Texas hot!

I’ve literally never left a review before. But this warranted a 1star. I placed an online order and forgot to select the included sauce for the 3meat plate I ordered. Tonya the manager refused to give me the included sauce and told me she would have to charge me for the sauce because I forgot to select it online, even though it’s included. She was cold and had zero understanding. What kind of policy is that? I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone go here after this experience. What a joke!

I ordered the XL Platter with two meats instead of three. This provided me with 1 1/2 lbs of the most delicious pulled pork and sliced beef brisket I ever had. Truly. The meat was moist and tender with a wonderful smoked flavour. The dinner rolls were warm and fresh.. I had originally ordered for a Thursday night pickup but my guests were delayed a day. Sara allowed me to switch my order to Friday at noon with absolutely no problem.
The only reason this review isn’t a 5 star is because of a mix up on my sides.The XL platter came with four sides. I ordered two containers each of two sides so I would have enough of each side to feed all my guests. I got three sides- 2 potato salad, one green beans and one coleslaw. The single containers weren’t enough to feed my guests so I wasn’t able to serve them.
Except for this minor glitch, I was very happy with the delicious food and great customer service at Dickey’s. I will definitely be back.

I have given this place a try multiple times and am always disappointed. I don’t know how their bbq meat can be so bad sometimes. I paid almost $100 for takeout and the food is just awful. The pork was like rubber tonight. I couldn’t even pull it apart to make sandwiches and the chicken is always unusually tough as well. I have also eaten at the Fort Collins location and it is really good everytime. If you are going to spend the money for pricey bbq, definitely go to Fort Collins.

If I could give zero stars I would. I could not even get an order through to the store but online sent a email with order number. First time customer trying to help a struggling store due to the construction and this is how I am treated! STAY AWAY!

What happened; The website took one of three giftcards as payment and sent an email with order number but this store says they never got the order. It was Saturday night Sara the store manager stated she could not take the order with the discounts online offered, could not refund the money taken from the gift card or do anything even with an order number because it was not 100% paid for. Corporate was closed and they have no help desk. It’s now Wednesday I was told by Sara the manager at the store Saturday and again yesterday Tuesday corporate would handle. Then a Bobby the regional manager would handle she text me saying this.

I sent requests online and left messages at corporate. Spoke to the receptionist Bridget at corporate who said the customer service department is remote and she was not in Monday but she would send an email to get me a call back Monday. Tuesday Bridget told me that they needed the store to confirm this was an issue which Sara confirmed was and they would resolve yesterday. Then I get an email instead asking me for the entire card number via email from a generic email address, apologizing for the delay in replying and blaming the website for not allowing the system to take multiple payments. This is horrible customer service by the store manager Sara, the regional manager Bobby and the corporate office – Nikki the only customer service rep they have who is remote.

Oh and FYI you can not speak to anyone at corporate you can only leave messages with Bridget or on a voicemail that asks for your email address. I still have not received a call back or a refund from the money they took without providing a service or food, this is now actually theft and they do not seem to care. Police are going to be called soon.

This place is amazing, everything about my food was amazing. If you haven’t been here yet, you better get here. The Fried Okra took me all the way back to my southern roots lol. The people working at night were so polite and kind, definitely one of my new Windsor hot spots for food. I would wait a whole lunch hour just to get some food from here. They will definitely succeed in this spot!
