We actually stopped her by accident. It has the same address as another restaurant we were looking for. Great surprise though. Customer service was good as well as the atmosphere. The food was pretty surprising. We got brisket, which was tender and the sauce was very good. The kiebalsa sausage was ok, should’ve had the spicy one. Overall it was good.

Visited this establishment and ordered 2 meat plates- I ordered Brisket and another meat. When I came home one plate had sliced brisket while the other plate had some pulled meat. After calling the store to ask what happened I was informed that they ran out of Brisket and gave me the remains. Long story short, the customer service was terrible, I was told they did not know when the supervisor would be in the store. I will never come back to this restaurant. Terrible!

Extremely Disappointed
I’m really sorry to say this, but my experience was far from what I hoped for.

First off, the portion sizes felt stingy for the price. I specifically ordered burnt ends, but was given brisket instead—without any explanation. The chicken wings were pink in the center, which raised concerns about whether they were fully cooked. On top of that, the fries were cold, old, and completely flavorless.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my visit. I expected much better.

Not sure what is happening here, the food is definitely not the same quality as all the other dickies restaurants that I’ve been into. The meat does not even taste smoked. Not sure about all these other reviews saying that this place is great. Maybe they just have not been to a real dickies before I wouldn’t waste my time on this location again I would drive out of my way to go to a real dickies next time. I got the chopped brisket and when I got home, I realized that it was not chopped. It was just cut into very big cubed pieces so I literally had to cut it myself once I was home and ready to eat for $40 I just expect better.

The service was OK. I didn’t have much interaction with the cashier because I placed an online order, but the lady in front of me had a heck of a time placing her order because the lady at the register spoke little to no English.

And as far as the restaurant itself, not sure why it still has the advertisement for the restaurant that was there before them. If it weren’t for the small sign on the door that said pick up your dickies order here I wouldn’t have even seen this place.

Likely the worst Dickey’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m here they’re unable to make fried sides. Okra would have taken them “an hour”, at noon. This is told to me AFTER I paid.

They suggested a non fried side, so I picked chili. Hard to tell from the picture, but there is literally no meat in it. It’s a pure liquid with some cheese.

What you can tell from the picture is how dry the brisket is. All around poor experience, while overpriced.

There’s a reason it’s dead empty here at lunch.

This insanely crazy ordeal was so totally outrageous! Before ordering food, I should have looked up Google reviews for this location, which is only 2.9, while the rest of the local sites are much higher.

Our delivery order was the XL Pack and 15-piece smoked chicken wings. The total was $144.66. We chose smoked ribs, sliced beef and chicken for the 3 meats. After the order was accepted and paid for through PayPal, the Dickey’s webpage highlighted the “food was on the way” (3of 4 steps).

Soon thereafter they called and said they were out of ribs. We originally requested a refund, but the associate said she didn’t know how to do it and needed to call the manager to find out what to do. To make it easier we decided to replace the ribs with half/half pulled pork and sausage.

The deliver came pretty fast, but the chicken wings were missing, there wasn’t any sauces, napkins or utensils. (my sister’s had some BBQ sauce and utensils as seen in the photos).

I called back and let them know and they said it’s the 3rd party delivery service that didn’t give us all they took. One of many problems is that it said “Dickey’s delivery” not 3rd party. I got in touch with the lady that was driving, and she said she gave us everything she received. The bag had plenty of room for the missing items, so I believed her.

I then called Dickey’s back she said the manager will call. A few minutes later the manager called and right away he was very rude and upset. He started explaining about being out of ribs. I let him know that was resolved and the problem was our missing food.

He never apologized for the order being wrong and all the confusion. He then accused me of cursing out the employee. I am a Christian and do not curse. I told him that the conversation with the young lady wasn’t heated and especially not bad language. She actually acted professional, and I allowed her to try and resolve the issue.

He then went on to say his employees don’t lie to him which means he just called me a liar. He then told me he would refund the order and to never call this Dickey’s again.

I believe he was the one that lied because he assumed since the service was so bad that I must have been mad and cursing. The truth is I believe he’s the one that was angry because he had to deal with this on his off time.

Obviously, Management is the problem here. As in, not cooking enough food, having no one onsite that can perform basic manager functions like a refund and being an unprofessional hothead that gets mad at the customer because of this unacceptable way of running a restaurant.

Ordered 2 meat plate special for my husband and 6 year old. Jalapeño kielbasa and brisket for my husband and pulled pork and chicken and pulled pork for my kid. Received double Jalapeño kielbasa and brisket which my kid won’t eat, but they packaged the food very quickly and we’re very nice. I would just recommend double checking the order before leaving. Other than that the food was good.

The driver could not find my home. I had to stand out in the cold and wave him down . Then there were no French fries with my order. You owe me 3.50. I tried to call and you don’t even answer the phone. You are off my list.

Ordered 2 meats (Brisket and Burnt ends), received pot roast and ribs tips. Extremely disappointed. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Seems to be a pattern with this establishment. I can’t believe they are doing this and still in business. The Texas toast was a piece of bread. Not Texas toast. I’m southern and I know meats. Not to mention I spent over $50 for 2 people and it was flavorless and dry. Mac and cheese was old. Green beans was terrible as well. Guys please read the real reviews not the reviews they pay for. This place is a disgrace to BBQ. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

We ordered a picnic pack with brisket and turkey. The brisket was fatty and flavorless and we didn’t get the texas toast or the gravy we ordered. When we went to call to make them aware it appears their phone number isn’t working. We won’t be going back.
