Amazing family run store, polite and friendly employees! I love the food here the fries are amazing and made fresh every order, the pulled pork is moist and you can get it on nearly anything! They have icecream and you can make yourself a swirled cone! Over all a 10/10 place!

My fiance and I took my grandmother to eat here earlier this evening. The young man behind the counter said that her payment didn’t go through because the system crashed and he needed to run our card again. We then gave him our card again and after eating and leaving the restaurant we realized he charged us twice for two different amounts. When bringing it up to the woman’s attention she said she can only refund us 26. 83 after we were charged $69 twice. The receipt that she printed out for the supposed refund is not even a refund receipt and it never came back to our card. They are robbing people. And acting like it’s a mistake. A police report will be filled and a complaint to the BBB is being made

Easily could’ve got 5 stars from me had I been able to just sample their jalapeño cheddar sausage. Service was great, patience was even better given that my mother and I had not been to this Dickey’s location. Other than that the ladies here are great!

Good food, one of the staff members was a little short with us but nothing too extreme. We came in around 30 minutes before closing and our food came quickly – for a ‘fast food’ feel restaurant everything was very good, I had pork and brisket burnt ends. The pork was amazing, the brisket was flavorful but a little dry. Overall it was a good dining experience, I’ve always enjoyed eating at Dickey’s.

I eat at Dickey’s several times a month and it rarely disappoints. I would recommend specifically the chicken breast sandwich, waffle fries, and Mac n cheese. Love that they have multiple BBQ sauce options to choose from as well. One of the best parts that keeps me coming back vs going to other BBQ restaurants is the complimentary ice cream.

Unfortunately we could not be more disappointed. Ordered takeout. First: order was wrong, we ordered ribs and they put brisket in there. It was the driest brisket, accompanied by generic canned bake beans (at least tasted like it).

So I went into here this evening and got a two meat plate. I figured I would also want to soda, and when the cashier said the total, she read it to be over $20. I looked up in astonishment and asked, “how much is that drink,” to which she replied, “$3.50.”
Now, I understand meat prices fluctuating in accordance to demand and supply, however, i can’t see any restaurant, besides those of the Highlands or downtown, to ask that much for a fountain drink. I’m eating as I’m typing this and it’s really really good, and what makes it better is: upon my realization of my total, and subsequent deduction of the drink I initially wanted, the cashier was kind enough to give me a drink, so as to keep my total below $20.
She concurred with me in that it is kind of a lot for just one person to feed(myself), and with a mutual understanding, I left a couple dollars that I hope reaches her faster than whatever franchiser decided to make a fountain drink that much.
I appreciate y’all’s work and am grateful to have the funds to eat in a moderately healthy sense.
