Don’t go there save your money. The meats are dry. The folks do not look like they care to work there. It was not good tasting at all. Plus do not get the sofdrinks from the machines there the machines were dirty and none of the drinks tasted good at all. Yuck!!!!

Thought I’d be slick and give this place another try in hope for “fast food” bbq. I don’t expect real bbq from Dickey’s anyways but what I had wouldn’t pass for dog food. Pretty sure the brisket was boiled it was so colorless and chewed like shoe leather. Can go right down the road to Rogers bbq barn and get real bbq for less money.

Today turned out to be a very unpleasant day with this order. I tried to order 2 plates for my Aunt and her provider that lives in Beaumont, Texas. This was for her birthday because she had not had bbq in a while. I chose Dickey’s big mistake after placing my order the website stated best choice for Dickeys to deliver so that is what I chose. After being charged almost $50 I was called by a worker named Gazelle who stated they do not deliver. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one there and he would not be back until tomorrow. Then I asked for the person in charge she said there was not one. I told her to have her manager call me before they did a refund. No one ever called shortly after I received a refund that stated it could take up to 10 days for me to get my money back. Could someone tell me what kind of business are they running and Amir the manager is clearly not doing his job. I also asked for a corporate office number but was told they didn’t have one

I stopped by here on my way to Louisiana. The food does not reflect the menu. I was charged for beans but didn’t get the beans. I went back to inform them and they opened a can, put the beans in the microwave then gave it to me. The sandwich was dry and it was legit the bare minimum. The food quality does not match the price. I will never stop there again.

The food was bad, and to be honest, we didn’t even eat it. The place was empty, and the meat was cold, like fridge-cold. The bread was extremely hard and seemed very old. To make matters worse, there was only one person working, and my sister’s fries were burned, and my loaded potato was not even baked… When we asked for a replacement, she said they didn’t have any more. If you’re thinking about coming here to eat, DON’T. Go to the Port Arthur location instead; it’s 100 times better, we just had such a bad experience in here and will never be back

I’m not sure that was brisket. It looks like roast beef. Very little smoke flavor. Fried okra was half-cooked. Poor service – had to wait for someone to appear from the back. No one in the front with 4 customers waiting for minutes. NOT a good experience for $16. Won’t be back.
