Made a delivery order.. 3 meat plate with pie, big cup drink.. they forgot the BBQ sauce… I mean how the heck do you forget to add BBQ sauce when you are selling BBQ?? ♂️also no pie??? I know, I ordered pie and paid for it… and a large cup of water????? I didn’t order water… re re’s…. Now they won’t answer the phone.. I guess you can’t complain if they don’t answer…

Not much of an atmosphere as it is located inside a convenient store on the feeder road off interstate 10. The store clerk tends the cash register of the convenience store and also tends the register in the restaurant section for Dickey’s and also makes your sandwich. Or whatever you order. There are no big fresh Dickey’s tea jugs, only the fountain drink machine that is part of the gas station in a run down part of town.

Missing most of the items on the menu the person taking our order didn’t understand what was on the menu it would seem very disappointing , I ordered for my wife ,aunt and uncle by the time I got to my order I was already frustrated and then when she said she don’t carry the potatoes even though it’s big as Dallas on the menu I canceled my order, you know what? I’ve thought about it and this location should be closed down it gives the other dickey’s barbecue a bad reputation .

Worst bbq in Orange. For starters, I ordered the 2 meat plate containing brisket and turkey. Got 3 small slices of burnt and hard brisket along with one end piece of turkey. My parents both order the sliced beef brisket sandwich, the meat was also burnt and hard and cost $12.99ea. The entire experience was very disappointing. JB’s, The Hut and Fat Boys bbq is so much better.

Not the best experience we’ve ever had but overall things were still pretty good. The highlight is usually the food but today it was the friendliness of the woman working. She was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, almost all of the food we got seemed rather old. Almost none of it was fresh like it usually is. It’s a smaller location that may not go through product as quickly so it may have been sitting around for a while. Still solid but just not as good as we’re used to.

Awesome foods, yes it is in a gas station. But food was awesome, food was cooked correctly, awesome staff, very friendly. Tables against windows are all broken and wobbly, and drink machine barely works… but the food and staff are worth going 100% – the brisket Mac stack was almost a full meal in itself, will definitely be getting that again!

I ordered food for two people from this Dickey’s in Orange on line. I drove to this store to pick up food at scheduled time 3:45 and when I got there no one was there. I was told by nice woman working on the Convenience store side the the woman had left and should have already been back. I used my time my gas and the money for the Phantom food has already been taken out of my account and this is unacceptable and I need reimbursed today. I had to give a star to be able to post a review.
