I had the brisket sandwich, with jalapeno beans and mashed potatoes on the side. And banana pudding for dessert. I really loved the beans, and potatoes a close second, except the portions were small for the price. But the brisket, very disappointed! It was challenging to bite off and chew, and very fatty and gristly. It was cheap processed deli brisket. I frequently have much better brisket sandwiches from Quik Trip for less than the $11 Dickey’s charges, much better quality meat. I don’t know what happened. Dickey’s meats used to be much better quality. Corporate must have gone to a cheaper food service supplier. And the banana pudding? Small portion, likely from a Jello Pudding mix you buy at Kroger. No cream or vanilla wafers. With sweet tea, $21. Overpriced for what you get. Dickey’s used to be much better for way less money.

This place has gone downhill since a little while ago, almost every order we pick up at the drive-through is missing something and my last order the turkey was clearly undercooked, mushy almost the same texture as the potato it came in. my husband and I were so grossed out we threw our food away. They have also greatly reduced the size of their salads yet charge the same price? I think we are officially done with this location.

We ate inside and the food we were served was barely warm. Not to mention everything was dry and overcooked. I asked for an order of ends (it was on the menu) and he didn’t know what I wanted. The service was sub-par. Honestly I think there was only one person working.

Tried this location out again and it was worse than the first time. Every single meat, BONE DRY, flavorless and was clearly not cooked today. It was like rubber and the fried sides were stale and tasted like old grease. Missing bbq sauces, missing extra pickles and onion. Just terrible. Do not waste your money or time. Skip this location.

This was the worst experience of my order – it’s been bad before but gave it another chance. Never again. Brisket mostly fat and no slices. Baked potato was so over done it must have been from day before. So cold at that. The corn on cob was just as bad if that’s even possible for corn! Will not be ordering from this place again.

Great BBQ joint. The restaurant staff was helpful and polite, the food was delicious, especially the sides. The free soft serve ice cream is an added bonus! Lots of value for the price. Overall a pleasant dining experience. Keep up the great work guys!

I ordered via Uber eats, and Dickies charged extra for beer cheese for my fries, but it wasn’t in the order. The fries were horrible-so over seasoned and cold they were inedible. When I called all I got is “ sorry about that”.

Placed an order via DoorDash to have a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Jalepeno Beans and Potato Salad delivered. When the order was delivered only had Potato Salad, BBQ BEANS, not Jalepeno Beans, and NO SANDWICH. Called them and told them. In a nut shell response was sorry we messed up but I could go pickup my correct order. Explained that was at work and couldn’t leave cause had meetings and received another apology but was nothing else they could do, I’d have to work it out with DoorDash. I have to work it out with DoorDash when Dickey’s BBQ were the ones that prepared the order, SMH. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, trying to put it on someone else to make it right when you messed up.
