I ordered the wings. Watched the guy take them from the frozen box, and put them into frying basket. Also, I watched him cook my fries. So I knew both were freshly cooked and not just sitting there under a heat lamp. Both were good. The wings had a smoked flavor, and the Texas sauce was perfect heat. Plus, this place is down at the end of Terminal E. Their big drink was also a plus!

Apparently they’re too ashamed of the location in terminal d to even claim it on the map. I went hoping for some adequate Texas barbeque. What I got instead was the dry as sheetrock abomination pictured. Luckily I got some plaster disguised as something called a baked potato casserole so if my flight gets delayed I guess at least I can build some sort of makeshift sleeping quarters. When lonesome cowboys are out on the prairie rending their hearts from their chest, this is why. Please do better.

Really enjoyed my loaded potato. Hadn’t had in awhile so was happy to see it on the menu. The people were really nice and the potato was awesome. Easy to find across from gate d27.

Food was made quickly and was hot. Bun was a bit soggy/soft. A bit expensive… but we’ll this is airport food! They did have a handful of bottled beers to wash it down with.

Red hair lady was grumpy. I just asked what is 3 meat plate, she answered and start to prepare before I said yes. I said not yet then she frown.. food and soda are expensive. The guy working over there was nice guy.

The food was very good.. but, the customer service was not. I dine in and noticed the female clerk had all the techniques down, but never once said a simple “Thank You” to anyone of her customer nor acknowledge them. Need someone who cares about total services.

As I was leaving my airplane and trying to find my way out to the streets I came across dickeys. I paid $17 bucks for a satisfying combo, which it’s okay for airport price.

Keep walking. I understand it’s an airport location, but I chose this because Dickeys is normally reliably consistent. However, it started with being out of the first thing I selected, chopped baked potato …out of potatoes. Next they’re out of fried okra…ok…then they’re all out of draft beer. The only beer selections were of the convenient store variety in bottles.

Driest food I’ve ever had. The brisket sandwich was like eating camel straight out of the desert. Dickeys is straight trash BBQ.
