My wife and I just both ordered three meat combos. My chicken was so dry. It sucked up almost all the barbecue sauce out of the container. I ordered an extra rib and they gave me the end piece with very little meat on it and it was cold. The brisket chili I’ll never order again this eas horrible experience for me and I will never buy barbecue from this place again

Food was good. Bought 1 pound of brisket ($27/pound) and some sausage (5.99/quarter pound). The brisket was a little dry to our taste, sausage was good. No extras provided (ie bread) when ordering meat only for carryout. The restaurant is in the middle of the strip mall, so you do have to search for it. It is a very busy mall area, so drive carefully.

Went into Dickeys a few months back randomly as I was hungry for some wings but hoping to avoid fried options in an attempt to watch what i eat and manage my health more or less. I figured I’d go in and scan the menu and see what they had new seeing as how I hadn’t eaten at any BBQ restaurant in months prior or maybe even a year or 2. I slowly crept in as I was scanning the menu and was immediately greeted by staff and restaurant manager/owner Shishir. I inquired about their wings on the menu as they sounded very enticing and I’m a sucker for a chicken wing on any given day. He explained to me how theirs are regularly smoked and then fried and that’s how they’ve done it since before his time. I offered my 2 cents worth of sense and said that I hoped they were smoked seeing as how it’s a BBQ establishment. He quickly agreed with me and shared with me some of his plans and ideas. One which to my surprise was fully smoking batches of wings and skipping the deep fryer altogether. Sounds great I told him given my restaurant experience which is zero other than as a patron lol. What he did next was what really impressed me and that was having his employee take down my info to notify if and when the might decide to do that. Not more than 3 days later I get a personal text from Shishir greeting me and asking if I’d still be interested in some fully smoked wings. “Of course” I replied seeing as how I’d only eaten maybe a few times already that day lol. He asked me how many I’d be interested in and I leave him a number and told him my family would love to try them. He said without hesitation…great they’re in the smoker and will be done later. To make a long story less long I stopped by later that day and bought a 20 piece of different flavors they offer. They were more than delicious and in my opinion rival anything their neighbors at wingstop can offer up. Before I left during that initial visit he was already sparking up conversation with another family and inquiring about what their likes and suggestions may be. Him and his team are the absolute kind you hope to encounter when going out with the family or picking up an order to take home. He was over-attentive and extremely eager to hear what the community has to say. Wing lovers please inquire within!! The entire experience was all a breath of fresh air. Everyone there carried the same enthusiasm as he did and were more than pleasant. I wish him major success at that location.

Absolutely fab service at Dickey’s BBQ! Staff was super friendly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The brisket was smoky and tender, the pulled pork full of flavor, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone good. Loved the jalapeño beans and mac & cheese on the side — total comfort food. Everything was fresh, hot, and served with a smile. Definitely coming back!

I ordered through their third party on doordash called Wing Boss. I ordered a 10pc boneless Cajun flavor wings. The best thing was the fries. These boneless wings were sooooo greasy I had to peel the breading off and they were still greasy. I tasted more grease than actual seasoning! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I won’t be back!

Best customer service I have ever experienced at any Dickey’s. The new management team rally knows how to treat their customers. Not to mention the brisket melted in mouth! The creamy spinach was just as great! I am definitely going back.

The worse $110.00 we ever spent. Asked for a giant baker you get 2 small potatoes cut in half and over cooked. Meat very dry Asked for a three meat plate get a kids plate. Food is horrible I will never go back. They were better off staying closed.
