They say that they are open and they are not ‼️ and I’m asking the guy when will you open? And he is study saying we not open witch is obvious because the fence is partially open .so after asking numerous times he says oh we will open in about 30-40 minutes… I’m hungry now and want barbecue now I have to go elsewhere

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I placed an order online. When I went to pick up my food the old man in the counter was taking long and being rude not understanding what I was telling him. When I finally got my order it was was incomplete. I went back to the man and told him I was missing the bread and extra items I had purchased and he said I was stealing from him. He was yelling at me and said he would call the cops and say I was stealing. He said he wouldn’t give me a refund and also kept my plate. I had never experienced something like this in any restaurant. What a horrible experience!!

I’m surprised at the reviews as I actually had a wonderful experience here today! The employees there for lunch were extremely helpful and kind, and the food was fresh and good! Better than many stand alone locations. I will be eating here again. Shoutout to the crew for excellent customer service!

So Dickeys sells sandwiches and other things online as a store called Big Deal Burgers. I ordered thier hot chicken tender sandwiches and chicken hot ranch jalapeño cheese fries. I got 2 crusty chicken sandwiches with no hot sauce, and a box of fries and chopped chicken with no sauces at all. No hot sauce, no ranch, and no jalapeño sauce. Completely unedible. And the last time I went there for BBQ in store it was mediocre at best. I don’t recommend this location of you want good food.

I wanted the rib plate and I got a pile of chopped rib meat by itself. One scoop of bbq sauce that barely covered the top of the pile. This cost $15.99!.
A hard roll and two sides with it. It includes a drink but their soda machine was broken so, I got a 32oz plastic cup and watched them pour a 12oz can of coke into the cup.
The Mac n cheese was bland and not creamy at all. Dry.
Save your money because this place was awful.

For Walmart workers there is a 20% discount, but I haven’t had a negative comment until a couple days ago and today.
There is a guy who wears a full on “suit for mortuary assistance” every time he works there, and it is concerning/scary.
The man may even be the manager, but can’t even make a baked potato. No chives, as we see here.

First and last time coming here, we had brisket sandwich and a rib plate with a side of sausage, the meat was extremely dry and the food was cold

My family and I dine in there. Frank was so friendly and welcoming! My kids love the mac&cheese and the mashed potatoes. The ribs and brisket were super good! Everything was nice and we enjoyed eating there.

I’d give them a half a star if I could. Can’t get order right AT ALL. Don’t buy add ons, you won’t get them! Poor customer service and you’ll never be able to get them to answer the phone. No bbq with the food. No extra items that we paid for. Not to mention all the fat. It was excessive. NEVER AGAIN.
