I found this BBQ place a few months ago and OMGSH, I’m hooked. Every time my husband and I walk inside to order our food, Travis always greets us with a warm, kind HELLO. The food is phenomenal. The ribs are so tender and juicy and full of flavor. And the chili….DELICIOUS! I come every week to order my husband’s BBQ sandwiches for the whole week. Travis makes you feel like family.

Absolutely astounding service. Was given a friendly and respectful greeting. Was also served in a timely manner! I even got to see the process of them making it hot and fresh which was an extra treat for good food.
Everything tasted fantastic with a good balance. They even have a setup for your own sauce selection with toppings for your sandwich on the side to pick and choose.
Overall, it was a fantastic decision to come and eat here today.

Read reviews of local bbq and Dickey’s seemed the best choice! Not disappointed. Had the 2 meat platter with brisket and pulled pork and fries and beans. Tried 3 sauces, original was sweet, Smokey and light vinegar taste. Hot was the original with just the right amount of heat added. I’m not a fan of strong vinegar sauces but tried anyway. It actually had a pleasant flavor, yet still a bit much for me.
One low point was some undercooked fries, but able to bypass with the amount served. Now brisket. I enjoy good tender brisket. Usually prefer to make myself. Well Dickeys did amazing and it melted in my mouth. The pulled pork was great too. Both had the right amount of smoke and great flavor.
Now for the staff!! Oh my, I didn’t know a caring staff existed anymore. But the young men here are energetic, happy, polite and serve with a smile.
Not sure I’ll go anywhere else in Springfield for my next bbq. Thank you for doing an excellent job

Pretty dry ribs like they been sitting for awhile. I saw it got good reviews and tried it for my daughter’s birthday and they both love ribs neither of them finished their ribs. Never had to take left overs from hucklebucks. So yeah not gonna try it again.

We’ve been twice and not been disappointed at all. Sean, the GM, is fantastic and has remembered us even though our visits were pretty far apart. The bbq is always spot on in flavor and the sides and bbq sauces leave nothing to be desired. We’re always pleased when we leave Dickey’s.
