The brisket tasted like pot roast
The ribs and pulled pork tasted like it was days old and reheated. The potato casserole was old as well. The potato salad was blan. It was so bad I gave it to my dog. Had to put dog food on top to encourage her to eat it. How do you screw up bbq and be a chain resturant…..only in bozeman.

We visited Dickey’s for dinner with kids and it was clean and the staff was friendly! Service was quick and the food was hot! The condiment bar was well maintained and stocked. I just wish my kids liked bbq as much as the adults in our house. We’ll be back!

Ive never been here before. The two workers were great. They kindly helped me with the menu and got the same thing for me and my brother. Falling off the bone baby back ribs. Delicious!

A very generous 3-stars for my delivery order.
Ordered Dickey’s BBQ on Uber Eats and ended up pretty disappointed to say the least. The delivery driver was great so there were no issues there but once we started eating our food it was a little different…
• Brisket: This was dry. Dry to the point not even the barbecue sauce could help it. And the barbecue sauce wasn’t very good either. I ended up using Sweet Baby Ray’s.
• Burnt ends: Dickey’s does burnt ends different than most bbq spots. It’s literally burnt, dry, overly chewy ends of the already-cooked brisket. Most places sauce them up into an almost addictive candy-like meat, not here.
• Polish Kielbasa Sausage: Nothing exciting here. But potentially the best meat option ordered.
The sides are the only reason I my overall rating made it to 3 stars.
• BBQ beans: Decent, not overly sweet.
• Mac & Cheese: This was tasty, better than others I’ve had for sure. It was cheesy and the macaroni itself wasn’t overcooked like everything else.
• Cornbread: The flavor was there but it was a little dry.
• Creamed Spinach: My least favorite side (though it’s listed a a local favorite). In my opinion, it was more of a dip than creamed spinach — I actually ended up eating it with chips and enjoyed it more lol.
•Baked Potato Casserole: Nothing special, it had a little more cream in it than I was expecting.
Now, the part that I was probably most annoyed about, we ordered unsweetened tea for both of the kids meals and got sweet teas. For most people it may not have been as big of a deal but considering we are really trying to avoid sugary drinks, I was quite disappointed.
I can’t say I would recommend Dickey’s BBQ, there are much better options around town.

This is my first time at a Dickey’s. Myself and two others came in today for a late lunch. I got the brisket sandwich and the other two got the pulled pork. My brisket sandwich was so good. It was nice and juicy and so flavorful. The hot bbq sauce was great. The staff were super friendly. The place was nice and clean. I will definitely go back. Well I did.
I stopped by later in the night to get a brisket sandwich to go. But had to go through the drive through. I ordered a brisket sandwich and the person who got my order was very nice. I asked her to ease serve the brisket separately and not on the bun as I was not going to eat it right away. And yes, they did that part exactly as I asked. However, I got to the Airbnb (we are visiting from Michigan) and found out that they gave me pulled pork and not the brisket like I asked for. I was SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️ And they were closed so I couldn’t go back.
But I still want to give them five stars because I really had a great experience the first time. I’m guessing everyone were tired and we can all make mistakes when we are tired. Hopefully they will see this and make sure to do better!

I had an encounter with this place in the past and drove by there and thought I should leave a review. The place is a mess and overall dirty. The manger there was super rude to her staff. I don’t remember her name, but she was super rude and had such a negative demeanor towards me as a customer. You can tell she does not put the customer first. She gave the place such a negative vibe.
