The food tasted really good, no problem there.
The Carolina reaper sauce was super mild in heat.
The portions were way too small.
We ordered a sandwich and it came with just a biscuit/slider roll and I don’t think that is normal.
The jalapeño kielbasa was probably the best part of my meal. If things were cheaper or you got more for the current price I’d consider ordering again.

Menu options take a minute to decipher but ultimately I settled on a two-meat plate with beef brisket and pulled pork along with two sides, creamed spinach and Mac and cheese. Brisket didn’t require the barbecue sauce. Overall was a tasty dinner although a bit on the pricey side for the amount you get. Also picked up a half rack of ribs and got to sample one, and in a word, delicious. Final recommendation, for a dinner, get the ribs.

Prices for 2 meat plate and 9 piece chicken entirely too high. The 2 meat plate had two rib bones and 2 pieces of brisket (one of which was fatty). Sauce was missing on the chicken wing pieces. The brisket was tough. The total delivery cost was over $30. It was edible, but I will not order from this restaurant again.

Second time I have ordered from here and they forgot my barbecue sauce. I ordered the “Two Meat Meal” which seemed in my opinion too small portions for an adult. You only get two ribs. I believe before you were able to get 3. The sliced beef brisket was dry. Mac and cheese was good. Salad was terrible. It was just some piece’s of lettuce thrown in a cup with a bunch of parmesan shredded cheese over it. Very disappointing for the cost. I could have ordered a medium pizza with a side of wings or the price of this small meal. Guarantee the price of that meal would have been more filling and gave me more for my money.

This was the worst ever food and service. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Dickeys in Norwood. Look at the picture below, this was supposed to be Brisket, this was nothing but straight FAT. If they was still open I would have taken it back. Plus they end calling the cops on us, because they F up. They gave our food to Door ash and would not refund our food or remake our order. The manager was so RUDE, please closed this location down. Quick & hurry. I wish didn’t have to give a star, because they won’t have nothing. But I have to post the review

Ordered a 3 meat plate with brisket, pulled pork, and polish sausage. Sausage was great. I really was disappointed when I had to eat bland pulled pork. No barbecue sauce. I had pulled pork many times and I know it has barbecue flavor. Then there was the brisket, same bland flavor. I don’t think this is legit Texas barbecue. Good sides. If you are looking for some weekend barbecue, try a different place.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Complete waste of money. The portions at this location are a lot smaller than the portions at other Dickey’s locations. At other locations the brisket plate has six slices for the adult plate and three slices for the kids plate. This location served three slices for the adult plate and one slice for the kids plate. The food was cold to the touch, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. Lunch portions for dinner prices. Save your money and avoid the frustration by going somewhere else.

We were excited when a Dickeys opened closer to us, but when our family went we were somewhat disappointed. The food wasn’t the usual quality we get from Dickey’s. Smaller portions for sure. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and was charged for a normal meal (but not given the drink that comes with it) because “that’s how we ring up a kid’s meal”. They were playing Family Guy at a very high volume on the TV, which was not ideal for a family with a toddler who repeats everything she hears… Two stars instead of one for the nice employee who rang us out.
