I love Dickeys and have always made sure to go on Mondays to get the deal of the day. Its been some time since I’ve went and decided today to have it for lunch. The Monday deal for years was 8.99 then they raised it up to 9.99 which I understand the whole prices go up. I looked at my bank statement and was charged 11.00 and not 9.99 plus .75 for tax no big deal but when I got to work this is the portion I received. Again I’d say its been 4 months or more since I’ve had them but you raise the price and give less food as well. Not sure how that seems fare to the customer.

This is my first review. That alone should tell you that I had a REALLY bad experience at this place. Savannah the employee obviously took an immediate dislike to us because 1.) she misled us about the spice level in the brisket chili when asked directly. It was inedible-VERY hot spicy – I had to throw it away-would have ordered something else… 2.) she misled about the price of the portion size I pointed at, saying it was 2 dollars less than it rang up; 3.) she did not honor the manager’s special price, and 4, you gotta see what she put as the side salad. Yep, about an inch of very wilted lettuce in the bottom of a cup. Did they run out and maybe tell us to substitute? Nope. You judge for yourself if this is simply a series of employee mistakes or someone who just didn’t like the looks the customer. She was given no reason to do this.
UPDATE: So…. while it looks like ownership was trying to be responsive, they asked me to email them. I did. They promptly requested my phone number. I promptly gave it. Days later, I have heard nothing. I sent another email asking when I might hear from someone, since I didn’t want to miss a call from a number I didn’t recognize. Nothing yet. Will keep you posted.
UPDATE 2 – SO… NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. go somewhere else to spend your money!!

The ribs were overcooked and super dry. They tasted like they were very old. Flavor was terrible. The beans were the only thing that tasted decent! I won’t return! Very disappointed!

Dickeys is okay fast BBQ. Its not the best, and that is okay. Their prices are fair, the service is excellent, and you can be in and out for take out in less than 10 minutes.

We stopped here on our trip to Kings island. It was easy to find from the road. Service wasn’t the friendliest, but efficient enough. The free kids meals were a joke and does not include the $1.50 drink. I did not like how open the BBQ sauces were. They were all open when a guy sneezed over them. Also, the ice cream machine was out of order. All in all, it would have been the same price for us at several sit down table service BBQ places. For me, it wasn’t worth the price.

I had a blast at Dickies. I love the bbq and especially loved the ice cream. Service was friendly and informed. My entire party loved this place and have been back a few times since my first time

Couldn’t even put food on a to go plate no utensils not a single napkin, and as you can see look at the ribs it’s like they just sent me the bones worse experience I had with dickeys it might not be much but they just lost a costumer.

Sol we first had dickeys ordered online amd delivered to us and we fell in love. Went to the actual restaurant and dined in and it was amazing . I loved the fact they chopped the beef and pork on spot. Food is amaizng amd for bbq it really isnt a bad price for what you get. Highly recommend

I should’ve gotten his name but a gentleman called me saying they were out of a meat my husband ordered. I told him to use his best judgment because I couldn’t remember what my husband ordered lol and he was already out the door. He hooked it up!!!! Fall off the bone ribs and phenomenal brisket. We love our local Dickey’s!!!
